2泊で利用しましたが、どの時間帯にいるスタッフも優しくフレンドリーな対応でした。お部屋も清潔でシャワーのお湯の出方も満足いくものでした。

Fabulous staff, super helpful and friendly. Everything clean and very comfortable. The hotel is having a makeover so can only get better. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Avignon.

Convenient for the railway station and all the sites of the old town. Breakfast was in a lovely courtyard and there was a good choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Saknade skohorn

The staff was absolutely superb. Josey checked us in late in the evening. He had lots of recommendations and information. The hotel stored our luggage the next day so we were able to explore Avignon. Room was very small, but newly renovated. All in all a great place to stay for a night. Walking distance to restaurants, great cafes, the market and historic sites. While the location is great to explore the old part of Avignon by foot, it is not easy to get to for an UBER or Taxi.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre médiéval. Accueil courtois et chaleureux. Les travaux évoqués dans les précédents commentaires semblent finis ou en pause. Ascenseur flambant neuf. Par contre, la moquette est toujours hors d'âge. La chambre (2ème étage) est propre mais défraîchie. La SDB est minuscule, avec un bac à douche avec rideau (!). Le petit-déjeuner (14 euros) servi dans un patio fraîchement rénové, est tout juste correct. Les quelques produits proposés sont peu qualitatifs à l'exception de la baguette fraîche. On a déjà vu beaucoup mieux pour un 3 étoiles.

Close to all the amenities. Room was a next to street light and we couldn’t close the drapes to block the light. Otherwise, it was decent.

Staff amazing, very friendly and helpful, location is great, close to everything but not in the middle of the madness. Lot’s of restaurants around, bakeries and coffee shops. Comfy bed and very clean. Excellent, I will always go back to stay with them.

A very nice hotel. Since it's in the middle of old centre, it was difficult to find it by car. Perhaps, a better explanation of car parking options on the hotel website would be helpful. The staff was trying to help us over the phone while we were driving around.
