コロナ禍の中の滞在なので、ただ泊まっただけですが、こういう時こそ、大手ホテルだと、清潔感のレベル、安心のレベルは基準値でいいのかな、と思います。 アメニティグッズもよかったです。

清潔で快適。特に不満はないが、隣部屋の音が聞こえるのが気になる程度。

ホテルは古いですが、客室はリノベーションしてあり快適でした。ホテル横にスーパーもあり、子供用にお菓子なども購入できてよかったです。

Very clean, , very comfortable bed, extremely polite staff with all modern conveniences and perfectly located to walk into Beaune centre. Very easy to access by car too. We will definitely return.

The dining room was brightly lit, tables very close to each other, not a good "ambience" and more like a cafeteria

Only used a standard room for an overnight stop off But found the Mercure to be great. Room clean. Lady at reception very friendly Easy location from motorway.

Clean, modern hotel with pool under 10 minutes walk from Hospice de Beaune. Ample parking and electric car chargers. Friendly helpful staff.

Trevligt hotell några hundra meter utanför stadskärnan. Bra frukost och ett litet men trevligt poolområde. Rekommenderas.

Definitely not a fan! We expected so much more for the price. I am really not difficult, but at over $250 for the room, it could have had a coffee machine and not just powdered coffee, and maybe some way of putting clothes or a suitcase away so we did not need to ALL on the floor at all times - not to mention there was no shelving in the bathroom. Finally, the reception were great, but the cleaning ladies often missed putting refills of things in the room and would leave or take used wine glasses depending on the day; so we never knew if we had to go down to get more or not until we got back in the room. It was not all bad, as the hotel itself is quite nice with ample parking and its location was good being just out of the centre.

Belle chambre mais quelques regrets ! Pas de bouteille d’eau à disposition, pas de patins, pas de robe de chambre. Malgré la rénovation j’ai tué un cafard qui courait sur les rideaux, je l’ai signalé à la responsable du ménage. Par ailleurs, nous avons été très déçu par la restauration ! Après l’entrée je m’apprêtais à déguster un bon travers de porc, on m’a servi un minuscule morceau de travers de porc accompagné d’un énorme morceau de gras de porc et mon épouse une pièce de bœuf très dure, ceci après 1h30 d’attente car nous avions été oublié ! Dans un Mercure je m’attendais à une autre qualité de restauration !

Arrivé le soir fatigué, un accueil un peu froid Des cheveux longs noirs au sol dans la salle de bain Pas de réfrigérateurs dans les chambres (peut être catégorie sup) mais pour un 4 étoiles c est pas terrible…

Veldig bra hotell for en tur med venner. Fin beliggenhet i forhold til Beaune sentrum.

Très bon accueil. Bonne réactivité du personnel dû à un problème de chambre. Geste commercial sympathique (boissons offertes). Le négatif : la chambre prestige n'est pas au rendez-vous du prix et des attentes. On nous octroie une chambre ds un couloir en travaux+ odeurs de peinture et moquette très sale. Heureusement après réclamation nouvelle chambre mais cafetière sale et café utilisé par précédent client pas remplacé. Frigo vidé par précédent client. Mauvaise Literie. Cuvette des Wc sale.

Bom hotel, padrão Mercure, limpo, confortável, perto do centro de carro. A pé fica meio longe. Gostei do atendimento, atendentes simpáticos e educados. Voltaria…
