ホテルのバウチャー見せても、そんなの意味ないからはじまり、予約が入ってないと。エクスペもどんな予約したのかわからないが、結局予約見当たらないとのこと、ホテル代金は事前に支払っているのにデポジット要求、まあこれはホテルによるのでわかるが、最後デポジットのキャンセル依頼してもカードのマイナス処理もださない、それならデポジットの控えを目の前で破るよういっても、もう済んでいるとのこと。これってホテル？最後は食べてもない部屋のミニバーの８４ユーロも請求してくるし、、、二度と行かないし、エクスペにも頼めない。カードのデポジット、ミニバーのマイナス処理されているのか心配です。

La chambre était impeccable le personnel aussi Il y'avait des travaux à l'étage supérieur qui nous ont réveillés à 7h45 dommage pour nous on voulait se reposer un peu plus longtemps. Le parking impeccable. Nous reviendrons peut-être plus tard. Métro à proximité qui nous a permis de nous promener à Lyon.

Room ok but bathroom very problematic; shower water difficult to regulate, scalding hot water hard to moderate; toilet placement awkward with toilet paper rolls continually falling off the holders to the floor. Decor bland and functional, surprising in a hotel of this standing.

Service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.

Je ne peux malheureusement vous parler de notre séjour car j'ai dû l'annuler le jour de notre arrivée le 30 mai à 17.11 par téléphone. En effet, mon mari a fait un choc anaphylactique consécutif à une piqure d'insecte, a été transféré aux urgences de Valence dans la Drôme et n'est sorti qu'hier, lundi 2 juin en début d'après midi. La réception de l'hôtel m'a dit devoir débiter la nuit du 30 au 31 mai. Je ne conteste pas ce débit, même si les circonstances d'annulation sont totalement indépendantes de notre volonté. Toutefois pourrions nous espérer un geste commercial sur nos prochaines réservations dans le groupe Mercure ? Dans l'attente d'une réponse veuillez agréer nos sincères salutations.

Es un hotel bien comunicado porque tiene la parada de metro muy cerca para ir al centro, pero no para ir caminando, pués queda en un barrio bastante alejado.

Bel hôtel accueillant

In general, it´s a good hotel, not exactly walking distance from main attractions but close enough by Metro (4 stops). The installations are not so great, I would expect much better from a Mercure Hotel, NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL, I complained about it and they said there was nothing they could do, we had to sleep with the open window, dealing with the noise of the streets. Aside from that, good breakfast and a good enough parking.

Convenient location

My room wasn't very clean throughout the week. The furniture were in poor condition. The desk was missing an office chair. I had a soft arm-chair that was far too low to work on my laptop. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the ventilation didn't work at all. There was mold all over the shower seals. All of this made my stay unpleasant. I will choose a different hotel in the future.

Les chambres sont très confortables. Le petit dejeuner avec des produits locaux est très appréciable. En revanche, une fontaine d'eau à chaque etage pourrait etre sympathique pour ne pas devoir prendre l'ascenseur en pleine nuit . Les chambres pourraient être re egalement un peu plus insonorisées vis à vis de la rue. Mais sinon, c'etait parfait.
