kind staff and convenient place. breakfast was great

メトロの2駅からも近く、周りにもたくさんレストランがあります。スーパーもあります。環境は少しよくないのかもしれません。深夜まで大音量で音楽が外から聞こえてきました。が、部屋はちいさいながらもきれいに改装されていて、清潔で最新式でした。エアコンもシャワーも快適です。ベッドもよかったです。 湯沸かしポットやコーヒー紅茶はありませんでした。 しかし、スタッフの対応も良好ですし、おススメできるかと思います。

少しわかりにくいですが駅から歩いて3分位です。部屋は清潔で綺麗ですが狭かったです。フロントの方はみなフレンドリーでした。

I checked ahead if they would accept Discover Cards for the security deposit as it was the only card I had at the moment. I was told yes, they accept Discover Card. After I came to the hotel, they told me Discover Cards are not accepted. It was quite stressful and frustration.

Also wir waren eigentlich nur zur Übernachtung im Hotel, haben morgens geduscht und waren den ganzen Tag in Paris unterwegs. Frühstück etc haben wir nicht genutzt, deswegen kann ich mir gar kein Urteil erlauben.

Nice with the AC, also nice shower. Great neighbourhood

Le personnel est très accueillant (quelle que soit l'heure). La salle de bain est petite mais très bien agencée. Nous avons vraiment très bien dormi car la literie est de bonne qualité, la chambre était vraiment très calme et la climatisation fonctionne efficacement. Le quartier est vraiment très vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'hôtel.

Quiet, well equipped, well air conditioned rooms very convenient to Belleville and to the rest of Paris via the 11 metro. A relaxing stay and a good value for super expensive Paris.

The room was clean and efficient but extremely small for two people. No place for either suitcases or clothes. The front desk staffer was very professional and personable. One major draw back was that no coffee or tea was provided complimentary. There was a charge for both.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me out when I was in a very tough spot. Rooms were also nice and everything was very clean and chic.

Nickel

Very clean room and bathroom, peacefully quiet hotel in a convenient location and good wifi. Be aware one wing has no elevators and the spiral stairs are narrow. They offer a breakfast spread for a price - currently €15. Very close to Pyrénées metro station and not far from Belleville metro station. Easy to find. Very interesting neighborhood with lots of cafes and world cuisine. Carrefour city grocery store and McDonalds just around the corner a few minutes away. No microwave or fridge in room, for those who might need that. Some people may find the rooms small if they are used to American hotel rooms, for example. But Parisian hotel rooms often tend to be smaller. Had a perfectly good stay - nice hotel and safe but interesting neighborhood. Would avoid Belleville station late at night. Not unsafe, just a bit unsavory crowd around there sometimes. But across the area, cafes and pubs are filled with young people late into the night. The convenience stores also stay open late and have most things travelers might need.
