chambre très nettement trop petite

Het was een leuk verblijf met goede bedden en een mooi uitzicht op de stad ook het ontbijt was goed

Très bon accueil mais parking 10 euros la nuit un peu cher pour une ville comme saint Omer. Pour le prix,je trouve que la chambre était un peu étroite et matelas un peu trop dur.

Juste un peu étroit dans la chambre à cause du téléviseur qui devrait être plus haut. Nous restons accroché en passant entre le lit et le téléviseur. Pas de prise de courant côté des deux chevets

The check in desk is the bar which is strange so I had to wait behind people ordering drinks to check in which was very odd. As this took around 10 minutes I missed the cut off to order any food by about 10 minutes even thought it was the same staff who checked me in who said it was too late to order food. The room was very small I struggled to open the door enough to get in the room with my luggage. Room didn't have air conditioning and was very hot but at least the window opened wide which helped. The room was clean but the carpet was very stained and I don't know how they could clean it as its such a tight squeeze around the bed. IBIS rooms are usually very standard and dependable this was worst that most budget IBIS hotels. The reception staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful though so at least I left on a positive note.

Great location, free but limited parking, friendly and helpful staff. No A/C i room but fan provided.

Wonderful stay Ibis St Omer

Séjour agréable malheureusement l’hôtel n’est pas équipé de climatisation et c’est bien dommage. Manque de serviettes dans la salle de bain et pas de sac poubelle dans la petite poubelle de la douche, pas de poubelle dans la chambre.

Tiny room. Very uncomfortable bed. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Dusty and generally run down and tired. Bad soundproofing.

j'ai fait une réservation pour 2 chambres X 4 nuits je n'ai eu qu'une chambre pour la deuxiéme on a du faire en direct donc je perd 4 vignettes. pas sympa du tout

Great to have such a central location and parking too! The bar was good and staff friendly. Would have liked AC but the room had a fan so that helped.

Standard Ibis offering. Good breakfast selection. Location very near centre, everything walkable.

Clean, efficient and very handy for the town nd restaurants. Rooms are on the cozy side. Parking charged 1 bay for 4 motorbikes.
