インターコンチネンタル パリ - シャンゼリゼ エトワール by IHG, an IHG Hotel

パリの街でトラブルがあったのですが、非常に親身に対処してくれてとても助かり素晴らしいスタッフが揃っていると感じました。

スタッフの対応は良かったです。ただし12月31日から1月1日までの2泊の滞在でしたが、部屋ではメイク直しがなし、タオル換えもなしと驚きのサービスでした、タオルがないのは困ったので届けてもらいました。部屋のネスプレッソの機械も壊れており、取り替えてもらいました。値段の割には3流でした。

スタッフやコンシェルジェがとてもフレンドリーで、レストランなどを一緒に探してくれて助かった。ランチでおすすめされたhexagoneは夏の間でもやっている星付きレストランで、とても楽しめた。 部屋においてある、アンドロイド携帯を貸し出ししてくれているのが、最高に便利だった。おかげで、googleMAP使い放題で快適にパリの街を歩けた。 部屋は他のレビュー通り、驚くほど小さい。洗面器の蛇口と洗面台のサイズとあっていなくて、顔が洗いにくいなど、細かい難点はあった。

観光の場所を聞いたが（シャンゼリゼ通り）反対方向を教えた。未熟なボーイさんかも、１時間近く歩いた。 後で確認したらほんの５分であった。 ＥＸＰの価格表示で予約したが部屋が小さく窮屈、バスタブもなし。 良く調査しなくては？こんなことになるのかもしれない？

凱旋門にはそれなりに近いく観光スポットも多いが、朝食がさほどおいしくない。スタッフの数はかなりの程度多いものの機能していない。インターコンチネンタルにしてはサービスがあまり良くなかった。朝食込みのプランを頼んだものの、幾度となく課金され、大変迷惑だった。

パリで場所もそこそこ良いので仕方がないがホテルそのものは全体的に小さくホテル内にレストランが1件しかない。 良い点：凱旋門、シャンゼリゼ通り等パリ初心者には打って付けのロケーション。 悪い点：客室設備が少し古いか。 　

２月６日～１０日までインターコンチネンタル＜マルソー通り＞宿泊：先ず第一印象は米国ビジネスホテルの内装と酷似。無機質で近代的なインテリアと家具が特徴。本当のヨーロッパ的な重厚なインテリアを期待する人には、落胆させる。ル・グランホテルの方がフランス的内装。 排水がバスルームで少々悪かったのでクレームをフロントに出したら、２４時間以内に対処。その迅速なサービスはアメリカ的：流石、米国のホテルだけあることが分かる。 ５星ホテルの割に歯ブラシなく不便。一階のレストランも味気ないビジネスホテル並みの味気ないもの。フランスに居る雰囲気の全く感じられないホテル内装。バスルームの水圧、暖房設備、水量は充実。 ２０年近く滞米経験者からのコメントです。

ホテルは清潔で設備も新しいので特に問題は無いと思います。大通りに面してはいますがシャンゼリゼから少しだけ離れたため割と静かで落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。 自分は一人旅なので不自由することはありませんでしたが、狭いのは仕方ないのでしょうね。

The most wonderful stay for my birthday! Really friendly Reception team - there was a mix-up with our room booking when we were offered an early check-in, and as a result, they upgraded us to a suite with a complete patio. Perfect location. Stunning room. Breakfast was lovely, great produce, presented well. Thank you for making my birthday special.

From the moment we arrived at the InterContinental in Paris, we were met with elegance, warmth, and world-class service. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the Eiffel Tower and other iconic landmarks, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views and every comfort thoughtfully provided. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and turn-down service was a lovely touch after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was another standout—fresh, diverse, and served in a gorgeous dining area that made every morning feel special. Special thanks to Amin One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible service from Amin, a staff member who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From helping us with directions to arranging last-minute dinner reservations, his kindness and professionalism stood out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always had a smile—he made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Amin's genuine hospitality made a lasting impression and elevated our entire experience. We can’t recommend the InterContinental Paris highly enough. Whether it's your first time in the city or your tenth, this hotel will make your stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely be returning—and we hope to see Amin again!

Great property great location

Nice hotel in an area walking distance to lots of sites. The best thing was the service and staff Amene and Ismael at the front desk were superb and very friendly, always with a smile and personal hello. Only negative about the hotel is the shower. Difficult entry and exit. Not for those with difficulty climbing or moving.
