Greater variety (for English speaking channels) on TV, but everything else about the hotel by far out weighed such a miner irritation. The Staff are attentive and friendly, accommodation excellent, restaurant superb. We had a wonderful 4 days.

Lovely hotel and its sourrounding grounds. However you need a car if you want to go to the restaurant/shop as hardly anything is within walking distance. Rooms in the main building were very nice and cosy. The prices in the hotel restaurant are a bit crazy - e.g. the cheapest starter (homemade cannelloni) with the price tag of EUR 65.

This is a beautiful French country estate with fantastic views. This is not a business hotel. The restaurant is excellent but opens late and is expensive . The food serves us gourmet quality. The WiFi is ok but there is no English language tv, There is no fitness center, but a beautiful pool and a hiking trail across the street . The grounds are extraordinary and breakfast is available with breathtaking views. Great for a romantic get away

Wonderful staff and dinner

Gorgeous property with views into the hills and valleys. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed and choice of pillows. We dined at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the impressive service. Breakfast buffet was also a treat. We would gladly stay here again; recommend without hesitation.

Virkelig flot og autentisk fransk oplevelse af mandelige idyl. Vi måtte dog skifte værelse i løbet af aftenen, da sengen bar i stykker. Vi fik dog hurtigt klaret det.

Wi-Fi var særdeles tregt. Overhode ikke i stil til restemiddag vesentlig tregere enn på andre hotell vi har bodd på.😡 Bedre å bruke 4G,

The hotel was beyond my expectations. A beautiful room with sitting area, sumptuous bath, goodies awaiting me in the room, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, pool heated and delicious to swim in. I could have stayed for days! It is a perfect luxury Provençal bastide.

Établissement qui mériterait (chambres) une rénovation

Das Hotel ist sehr auf den Sterne-Restaurantbetrieb von Jacques Chibois ausgerichtet. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, in manchen kleinen Details etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist exzellent. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm und gepflegt, ansonsten ist für den Aufenthalt während des Tages wenig vorgesehen. Die Preise für Getränke auf der Terrasse sind hoch (Aperol Spritz 22 €), wobei vor der Bestellung keine Karte angeboten wird, aus der man die Preise herauslesen könnte. Sowieso ist ein Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse während des Tages eigentlich nicht vorgesehen. Das Frühstück für 34 € war vor allem durch die Auswahl an frischen Früchten besonders, ansonsten eher bescheiden (zwei Sorten einfacher Schnittkäse und zwei Sorten Marmelade), was bei dem Preis und dem Anspruch des Restaurants dann doch befremdlich wirkt. Unangenehm fiel auf, dass kleine Snacks auf dem Zimmer zwar nicht auf der Preisliste der Minibar standen, aber dann mit üppigen Preisen doch berechnet wurden. Sehr positiv war die Hundefreundlichkeit, der Hund durfte nicht alleine auf dem Zimmer bleiben, konnte aber überall mit hin. Eine zusätzliche Berechnung des Hundes erfolgte nicht. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel zu einem durchaus sehr hohen Preis, dass für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, insbesondere in Verbindung mit einem Besuch des sehr guten Restaurants geeignet ist, nicht aber für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt an der Côte d’Azur.
