ホテルはキレイでシャンゼリゼ通りからも近く快適だった

Fantastic hotel! Axle in the bar was great to talk to.

El personal en la recepción poco cortés, estaban confundidos y se tardaron mucho tiempo en hacer el check in. La actitud de las personas en recepción muy poco profesional. El personal del desayuno hay una persona muy amable pero hay una que es bastante enojona y que no dice ni buenos días. El concierge no tiene atención y profesionalismo para hacer reservaciones en lugares buenos de comer y cenar. Les falta mucha experiencia y no tienen los contactos para sugerir. Deberían de conocer cómo funciona el Four Seasons y otros hoteles similares para que sepan cómo sugerir.

Já me hospedei neste hotel/apart-hotel em outras oportunidades. Sempre havia algum porém - equipe despreparada ou rude, horário de check-in não cumprido, atendimento ruim nos quartos - mas a localização excelente, a 5min de caminhada da Champs Elysees, além de ser um dos poucos hoteis de Paris com controle individual de temperatura - leia-se ar condicionado - sempre me fizeram retornar, mesmo já tendo tido um fone de ouvido "perdido" e com o aumento não compatível com os serviços do hotel dos valores de diárias. No entanto, esta última estadia foi definitivamente a última. Apesar da boa vontade e competência do brasileiro Rafael - que deveria ser o gerente do local, visto ser aparentemente o único com disposição e educação na equipe do hotel - a estadia foi um verdadeiro pesadelo. Horário de check-in não cumprido, quartos sem limpeza e arrumação apropriada feitas, os lençóis e também colchões ou foram trocados ou estão muito velhos, pois a qualidade está terrível, e o pior: não há mais ar-condicionado nos quartos. Pelo que averiguei, trocaram o sistema do hotel por um mais barato, e simplesmente não resfria o quarto. Tivemos que abrir as janelas, algo absurdo para um estabelecimento que bizarramente se diz 5 estrelas. Em resumo: parem de mentir para os hóspedes sobre sua classificação e sobre as amenidades que oferecem!

No lounge no formal restaurant

This is really good choice for your live in Champs-Elysées！It’s good for shopping, nearby the Arc de Triomphe. And the room has good quality kitchen appliances that is really convenience for us. Also, we use the laundry room by ourselves, it’s good for travel person! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel when you come to Paris！

A true 5 star hotel experience! The room was immaculate, the staff - extremely attentive and the entire vibe I felt coming back home from a long day of meetings in the city, was exactly how I wanted to feel in Paris. Beautiful hotel! Definitely would stay again.

Rafael was AMAZING!!! As was Rihab, Mamat and Julia! The staff was awesome! Wish there was room service and the bed type we requested and paid for. If it weren’t for the outstanding staff, I would have given terrible reviews about the lack of amenities at this hotel!

It was too bad and the lobby and the corridors smells kitchen from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. it was terrible the smells reached the third floor
