At a very nice location, classic design of the building and rooms was beautiful but also clean, and services of the property managers were very kind and responsive. We had unforgettable stay at this apartment in Arles, thanks to these.

Had to walk up 3 flights of circular stairs to get to the room. Another flight to get to the terrace. Bed uncomfortable. Terrace was nice. Kitchen very small. Great location.

Our room was large and comfortable, complete with kitchen and full bathroom. The wifi was spotty the last two days of our stay which made it a bit frustrating for confirming our next stay at a different town. We also didn't hear from the hotel when we emailed them about our air-conditioner blowing hot air but we were helped a few days later by a staff member. Besides these two concerns, our overall experience was a very good one.

La Résidence est située dans le quartier de la Roquette tout à côté du Rhône. Très bien placée, toute la cité est accessible à pied ! La résidence est organisée autour d’un atrium sur lequel tous les logements donnent. Le calme y règne. Il s’agit d’une vieille bâtisse rénovée. Ma chambre était située au second étage. Équipée d’une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, d’une belle salle de bain et la chambre salon d’un seul tenant. L’ensemble est très agréable à vivre et pour se reposer ! Tous les commerces sont sur le pas de la porte et toute la ville aussi !

Firstly this is not a 2 bed property, one bedroom is behind a curtain. It smelt of damp, had mold on the walls and slugs in the classroom. There were slugs inside and management did nothing about our complaints.

Appartement terrasse en duplex. avec chambre au premier et cette odeur d’égout est forte, matelas ikea premier prix… dommage car la terrasse est agréable, avec un grand barbecue et la localisation parfaite.

Great place and super convenient. Also enjoyed the quiet evenings even though close to the action.

Check in was a bit disorganised, our apartment was in a different building and the on-site parking was not on site but instead 15 minutes walk away. The apartment whilst modern and comfortable had one cup, only 2 coffee pods and the towel rail had been pulled off the bathroom wall. It could do with a bit of TLC.

Nous avons réserver l'appartement du rez de chaussée de 80 m2 qui est en réalité deux appartements réunis. Il y a une humidité résiduelle liée à l'emplacement en rez de chaussée. L'ensemble est toutefois propre mais quelques détails sont gênants comme le fait que les rideaux occultants d'une des deux chambres ne coulissent pas entièrement. Mais surtout nous avons dû subir le soir une invasion de petites limaces dans l'entrée qui se sont infiltrées par la porte principale. Le propriétaire contacté n'a pas jugé très grave cette invasion ce qui a rajouté à notre agacement, car il s'agit d'un 4 étoiles!! La jeune femme qui s'occupe des lieux en journée en revanche a été très compréhensive et agréable

The parking accommodation was very close and felt very safe. Unfortunately the laundry set up was not ideal.

Beautiful and spacious place with serene courtyard and excellent location! Just steps out to bunch of wonderful restaurants including super cute breakfast place. Sending out to Big thanks to the wonderful staff, Jeceilla. We really enjoyed staying here.

We liked our room - space to spread out. We extended our stay for two nights and they were so accommodating. Free laundry facilities. In a cute part of town near grocery markets boulangeries, restaurants.

A perfect central location. Very spacious apartment, Very attentive and extremely helpful staff.

I was ready to leave a bad review. Prior to check in I kept receiving emails telling me parking is limited and if I needed it to make sure I reserved a spot. Each time I'd email the company asking to reserve a spot. Instead of confirming the company would wait several weeks then send the same message again. I spent $30 on cell phone add ons trying to contact someone while traveling. I was told to call back, I'd call and they'd make me call back again. A simple, that's an automatic reply would have done the job but the man kept telling me to call back at different times. Then enter Jacinda. She was friendly, very helpful and a complete 180 from the man I had been dealing with. Parking is in a secure parking garage and fairly easy to get to. The hotel is run down but the whole city is. We were able to walk to all the attractions and there were two small grocery stores near by. Once we arrived there were zero regrets we chose this apartment hotel.

Upon check in because we weren’t fluent in French was told that we were lazy. Accommodations were ok and was a convenient location. The carpet was very dirty.

We took a taxi from the train station 16e but once we knew where we were, we walked back to the train station. No elevator and must be able to do stairs but it is beautifully restored and has a huge room, kitchen and large bathroom. Grocery store across the street and many restaurants around. They give a map and lots of local info. Even the managers personal cell number, should we “get into trouble”.
