Lovely hotel in an excellent location (a 30 second walk from the Gare des Flandres).

Chambre propre, bien décorée, literie très confortable et salle de bain entretenue correctement. Certes un peu petit, la salle de bain/toilettes ferme du coté lit mais sont ouverts coté porte d'entrée ce qui est gênant si un membre de la famille souhaite rentrer si l'on est au toilettes

I want to give this hotel a 5 star rating because the staff was so incredibly kind and the room was nice and clean. But it is not a hotel for one traveling with a baby. There is a lift, but I could barely fit my stroller into it, and the hallway is very small. Also, there are a few rooms where you need to climb only 3 stairs to get to, but again, that’s not easy with a stroller. Finally, the breakfast area is very clean and has fresh options, but there was not a high chair available. So in all, it is a great hotel for a single person or a couple, but if you have a little one, I’d chose a different place.

Room was clean and well laid out for a family with an upper mezzanine. We stayed in room 100 and was ideal for a family.

Een hotel tegenover het station midden in het centrum, voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Vriendelijk personeel. Ondanks de ligging tegenover het station is het heel stil op de kamer.

Great stay near the train station. Easy 6 mins walk to the old town. Very friendly service, nice room with AC and breakfast was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! Much bigger than I expected, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!
