エレベーターのない別館で、重い荷物をホテルの人が階段を使って運んでくれた。　 思いやりを感じた。

Personnel sympa, de même pour la chambre.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil du personnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville : tout peut se faire à pied. Le parking est très pratique, surtout quand on sait que le stationnement en ville est très cher. Les chambres sont bien décorées, même si le bâtiment reste ancien et atypique.

Très bel hôtel; très bonne localisation. Le personnel était très accueillant. Le seule petit point négatif: vieux bâtiment donc pas de mur isolants les bruits autour. Sinon c t parfait!!!!

Le personnel est aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très bien situé et la salle de bain est hyper moderne. La TV coupait régulièrement lors de notre séjour mais nous étions plus souvent dehors donc rien de gravissime.

Une réservation quelque peu militaire dans le discours qui m'avait refroidi! Proposer l'accès au SPA inclus dans la chambre et demander 10€ de peignoir comment dire ... mettre le à 10€ avec peignoir inclus car on ne va JAMAIS au SPA sans peignoir hein..c'est comme le parking extérieur à 25€/ jour bref Pour le reste confort des chambres de la literie et très bon petit déjeuner dans une ambiance cosy très agréable

El GPS lleva al edificio de enfrente sin recepción ni instrucciones de como llegar a recepción Desayuno para una persona y una noche de estacionamiento 40 euros !!!! Inaceptable

Parking trop cher

This property was exactly what we were looking for. But prior to checking in my wife had an accident and had to seek medical attention and when we returned, the staff prepared a meal Long after the kitchen was closed and make sure we were comfortable.

To have private parking on the hotel in Etretat is "gold" during high season with many tourist. The breakfast was very good and personnel friendly. The room was located in annex was very dark and had a frosted window. The street was right outside of the window and every car passing made "a bumpy" sound when passing. Also footsteps from the guest in the room above was noticed clearly. The bathroom had recently been refurbished but not completed, as the seal between floor and walls not was yet done. Tv was not working and when trying to fix a lot of dust was found behind it. The room had dark red colour and with little light it was just for sleeping. Parking space, breakfast and friendly personnel was a positive experience, rest is to forget. Etretat as place is a must to visit.

At 10 oclock we had to find a room at the other side of the street carrying our suitcases through a small stairway 3 stock high, besides paying 25 euro for an outside carparking on the lot on an un protected space, make a time schedule locking in time for breakfast otherwise we couldn’t get, after a long trip we didn’t know what time we would wake up so we couldn’t get breakfast, this besides a whole indifferent attitude from the staff!!! Not a recommendable place

Muito bem localizado, excelente atendimento e charmoso.

La struttura è molto bella e visivamente sembra superiore ad un tre stelle. Se si viaggia in alta stagione, considerate di prenotare anche il parcheggio, che costa circa 25 euro. Mediamente Etretat ha prezzi più alti dei paesi in zona.

Hotel simples, porém muito bem localizado, charmoso e boa relação custo x benefício. Cana boa, roupas de cama e banho ótimas, banheiro com ótimo chuveiro.

Great location. Very welcoming staff. There are 2 separate buildings so make sure you know the correct address if you’re driving.
