It was a true Parisian experience. There are stores and restaurants right outside your door and it filled the need we had for a short stay. You get the feel of being part of the bustling city. The washer//dryer combo was greatly welcomed to get us through the rest of our trip. The AC worked well and kept us cool when needed. The host was welcoming and showed us how everything worked. If you are looking for a plush stop-over, keep looking. The floors are very old wood which look to have had the cracks grouted at some point but most of the grout is missing so the creak loudly with every step. The microscopic bathroom while it functioned also would splash the contents out the front of it if you didn’t use the lower power flush. We were excited to see a nesspresso machine for our morning coffee but didn’t think to ask if they also offered cups, which we couldn’t find, so we made do with other items from the kitchen. Upon arrival I pointed out an item was broken and they said they would fix it after we left. There is no housekeeping so don’t expect fresh towels. On the whole, it was fine depending on your expectations. Location was important for us.

The apartment was beautiful, immaculately clean and perfectly situated. Our landlords were amazing. Our flight had been delayed but they were to greet us and to give us the run-down on all important highlights of the unit including where we could still find a crepe at nearly midnight. The unit is accessed by an elevator, with air-conditioning (very much appreciated as the days turned very hot during our stay) and the king-bed was very comfortable. The unit was just steps from our front door to a variety of coffee, pastries and restaurants. Our landlords were extremely helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants along with suggestions on how best to request seating. In a category of above-and-beyond, they were also very helpful when we experienced a medical emergency of a family member back in the U.S. and were having some internet issues based on the Sim card we were using for access. One of the contacts came to our unit and with his cell phone, helped us makes some airline changes that made a difficult situation easier. Overall 5 star service and accomodations. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve liked for two out of the three rooms. But overall I would highly recommend and would stay here again next time I’m in Paris!

We stayed with my husband for a week in this wonderful apartment. The location was great, walkable distance to several small Parisian caffès and restaurants, 15 minutes to Notre Dome, 20 minutes to Louvre. Augustine met us at the door, was very welcoming and showed us the apartment. In spite of being in a heart of active and popular street, the apartment was very quiet. It was clean, spacious, updated. We would stay there again

The JADE room was fantastic, and staff, Augustan (spelled?), was so friendly and helpful - truly amazing. We would highly recommend this property. No issues on any front - English was spoken as well as French. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, including the bed and linens. We would stay here again!!!

We were met at the door by our kind, cheerful host who helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment. He offered us support and local tips throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful, spacious (for Paris), perfectly located and exactly what we needed. We will absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend.

Ben was amazing! Thanks for all your help Ben with our luggage! Next time though we will ask for a bigger apartment. Ours was too small.

Beautiful stay

Very good location - convenient to shops, museums and transportation. Easy access to room, private and well equipped.

This property is very well located, close to bakeries, food places and metro. Fun area with a good vibe. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and easy to enter. AC works well and beds are comfortable. Overall - pleasant stay.

Two bedroom two bath - plenty of space for 2-3 adults. Easy check-in. We were late due to train issues from the South of France and the hosts waited for us to check-in and were very nice about the late arrival. They were also very responsive via text message on WhatsApp and reserved a taxis for us when we needed to head out to CDG, The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location with a couple very close Metro stops.
