Hôtel correct Chambre très petite mais propre

Nous n’avons pas eu la bonne chambre le premier jour un lit de 140 une chambre de 9/10 m2 dans une partie non rénovée . Il a fallu réclamer pour un changement ichambre cette fois correspondant à votre offre

Extremely poor breakfast which we paid 12 EUR for each person each day, not as it looked in the images. No toilet paper in the room. Curtain that is loose, loud noises from the ceiling all three nights. Staff does not speak english.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Bonne situation en centre ville. Hôtel de caractère. Présence d'un ascenseur. Apparemment pas de climatisation, ce qui peut être un problème en été.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was not very clean.

Tout le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. La chambre est vraiment agréable et propre. Super rapport qualité prix et on fait tout à pied. À côté du marché du dimanche , rue commerciale et bons restaurants . Au soir, à pied pour aller au casino! Je reviendrai ! Merci de m’avoir attendue ;)

Kleines Hotel mit einfachen, kleinen Zimmern. Frühstücksauswahl beschränkt. Nette Bar mit freundlichem Barkeeper.

Nous avons résidé plusieurs nuits pour raisons professionnelles, toute l’équipe a rendu notre séjour très agréable, sourire et conseils du matin au soir !

Small basic and quiet hotel in the heart of the old town. Very French and service oriented management and staff. Very reasonable prices. I’ll use this hotel for my next visit.

Great location right in the centre close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake, as well as within 20 minutes of Geneva. Staff all pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location in the centre of the lovely French border town of Divonne. Excellent value. This is a small, family-owned, hotel. I booked at very short notice as I had to attend a funeral nearby. It was a very hot day and my single room at the top of the building (3rd floor) was very hot when I checked in. BUT it had a good fan and, by evening, with the windows & shutters wide open there was a lovely flow of much cooler fresh air. And so I was very comfortable. My room was basic but perfectly adequate for the price I paid. It was clean and fresh. I had been allowed to check in early which was very kind as it made it easier for me to change for the funeral. Reception was very good and efficient. Parking is a minor challenge: first come, first served to secure one of 7 spaces. But there is a public car park just over the road & that is free overnight. I paid on check in for breakfast. This was nothing remarkable, though sadly the croissants & bacon had run out when I went to eat (9:15 a.m.). The hotel has a very nice bar with an excellent barman.

overall ok, rooms need to be redecorated a bit, but decent considering the location and price

First, the room was very hot and there was no air conditioner. They gave us a small fan that helped us but it was still too hot to sleep. Also, we needed a refrigerator to store our medication. When we opened the refrigerator, there was mold/black stains (?) growing. we requested to change the refrigerator and they changed to a smaller room that only available with a refrigerator. Not all rooms have a refrigerator. The location wise, it is located in the center of the town. This was good and bad. It was good to walk around to the store, restaurants, and parks. It was bad because it was too noisy to open windows in hot weather (over 80F). We tried to sleep at night (after a cold shower) and hoped the temperature would go down. But it was still too hot. The bathroom was not completely functional, and I almost flooded the floor because of the leaky shower door. It seems everything was out of the control. The staff members were very nice, but they could not do anything to help fix or provide better conditions.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal en plein cœur de Divonne, à deux pas des commerces, pour tout faire à pied. Le parking de l’hôtel, gratuit, est également un vrai plus ! Les chambres sont assez simples et sommaires mais très propres et confortables !

J'y étais pour le travail, et j'y est passé 2 nuits agréable et sans bruit , un hotel à très sympas.
