フロントやレストランの方たちのサービスや挨拶も感じよくてリラックスできました。 コロナ対策もされていて、ホテルの入り口にはマスクと消毒液が備えてありました。 ホテルの敷地が広くてリラックスできました。 ゴルドの旧市街までも歩いて行ける距離で立地もよいです。

ゴルドの絶景ポイントにも徒歩で行ける！朝の散歩に最適 お部屋も静かで清潔。特にプロバンスの大自然を眺めながらの外での朝食は最高でした

自然の中でゆっくり過ごしたいホテルです。ドアを開けると目の前が庭で花がきれいに咲き誇り草の香りでとてもリラックスできます。車で移動しないと無理な場所で、ゴルドの街にも少し距離がありますので車で移動したい感じです。 ホテルにレストランが無く、朝食のみのため夕食は車で出掛ける必要がありますので注意です。それ以外はとても良かったです。

As professionals with international practice, we are frequent travelers of beautiful high-end properties all over the world. We are recently at your property for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I wanted to share that the property is beautiful, with lovely grounds, a wonderful pool area, and excellent breakfast. I rarely leave negative comments, but in this case I wanted to share feedback that I hope management will find helpful. Other than Marie who was friendly and helpful, however, the daytime front desk staff were consistently and surprisingly unhelpful. On several occasions, they refused to assist with simple calls to local restaurants and shops despite that we were having obvious language barrier issues. While some eventually helped, it was only after it became clear communication was not possible. One interaction - during our check out - was particularly disappointing. After declining to assist with a phone call insisting that I’d be better off doing it on my own, a front desk staff member lectured me about wax left in a coffee mug that we had intentionally used to contain a melting beeswax candle and prevent damage elsewhere. (Warning; local beeswax candles tend to leak on the bottom). The hotel itself is excellent, but I would encourage management to better train front desk staff on guest service expected of beautiful property such as this. Many international travelers need occasional assistance navigating local language.

Les réceptionnistes ainsi que le personnel de ménage étaient très aimables. Ils nous ont bien accueillis et ont été très serviables. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. L’hôtel est très proche de Gordes. Les chambres situées dans les petites villas au bas du jardin seraient encore plus agréables si elles étaient rénovées.

The Jas is amazing everything from the staff ( Marie) the decor the outdoors the room. Is blissfully serene and very close to the village of Gordes ❤️

The hotel is like a fairy tale and the staff very accommodating. The rooms are nice and have beautiful views. Very satisfied with our stay in this wonderful environment.

Great hotel with helpful staff and beautiful grounds. Perfect location to go enjoy a stroll to Gordes

Fabulous staff, pool, surroundings, breakfast and great snacking menu in the afternoon and evening! Not too bad of a walk to Gordes with the lookout view along the way and an easy drive to nearby Roussillion (or by taxi arranged by the hotel) Highly recommend!!

Book dinner reservations before you arrive!

A perfect place to stay in Provence! Beautiful grounds and very quiet. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Location was perfect - a short walk into town. Highly recommend this hotel.

Le Jas de Gordes was the most perfect place. We loved the atmosphere and our room was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful grounds with several seating areas and nice pool. Very good breakfast. Exceptional staff - all friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, ample parking, pretty grounds and a few minutes from center Gordes.

Stayed for three nights. Breakfast 5*, pool 5*, service - very friendly staff 5*. Spacious grounds and room. Several lovely places to relax on the property. Pool area felt private & spacious despite the hotel being full. 10 min drive to Gordes - not walkable by American sidewalk standards (too narrow of a walking path along a thin windy road). An exceptional stay!! The front desk also had great restaurant recommendations.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Gordes. Perfect facility for a hot week in Provence. 20 min walk to Gordes.
