I booked this place, honestly, because it was the only thing I could find. I had my doubts about how nice it would be. Here’s what I found. In terms of accommodations: The hotel is quaint and small. No elevators, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs. The lobby bathroom had a broken handle so the door didn’t really latch. This worried me right off the bat, but it turned out to be the only issue I encountered. When I got to the room I was happy. Great little room, well appointed, and very clean. It had everything I needed for a low key ski weekend. In terms of service: I could not get an early check in, and the manager didn’t speak any English (not that he should be expected to).. but overall he was nice and accommodated as best he could. The place is about 1/2 mile from the ski gondola. A little bit of a walk in ski boots, but not bad. Parking in the whole town is pretty crazy. You just have to find a place and walk it. Anyway, if you want something simple, clean, safe and actually in Cauterets, this little place will do the trick.

Excellent accueil! Dommage que le chauffage soit si bas.... et l'on soit obligés de stationner à plus de 700m de l'hôtel ...

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Accueil et literie très moyen pour une nuit á 107€ petit déjeuner compris.
