Beautiful room, great staff, wonderful location and I loved the literary theme . Taking one star off because the temperature on towel warmer is set way too high, like touching a boiling kettle. I barely touched it while putting a towel back and ended up getting an awful second degree burn. I travel in Europe all the time and know better than to touch towel warmers but this one was exceptionally hot, and I wonder if it was set too high in error.

Everything was great! front desk young lady booked all our tours and suggested tasty restaurants in walking distance to try out. I believe her name was Brittany not sure but she was from the Philippines and spoke perfect English which was very helpful. Room was clean and a good size with standing only balcony that wrapped around whole room. I stayed on the 4th floor room H. Area was very clean and safe with a little market right down the road to get any essentials you may have forgotten ( came in handy because i like lots of bottle of water and grab some snacks too) Only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no iron board

Fabulous hotel in the perfect location. Close to the Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde and the main shopping areas. Lovely room with a balcony. Exceptionally clean. We loved the honesty bar and free tapas daily. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon in Paris. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both memorable and comfortable. We had a view of the Eiffel tower from our room: the Diderot room! We will absolutely be back!

Our favourite hotel in Paris. In a safe neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars in the area. Walking distance to the Champs Elysees, the Seine, the Louvre, and more. The staff are all amazing, but special praise to Beverly, Senna, and Jessa for their assistance, advice, and care, making our fourth stay this hotel memorable.
