The hotel was smaller than I had expected and we drove past it at first. There was a paid parking lot, but you could park on the street around the hotel. There were some bad reviews, so I was worried, but the hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. Our children were very happy to have a room with a loft, and the upstairs was their space. The room was not large, but it was comfortable for a family of four. There is a good bakery nearby, and we had breakfast there. It takes about 13 minutes to walk to the center of the city. クリスマスマーケットの時期に滞在しました。家族でジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、部屋は広く快適で、バスルームには浴槽もあったのが良かったです。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。 旧市街からも歩けるので便利です。 ただなぜか夜にヒーターが切れて寒かったです。2泊ともだったので、夜になると切れる仕様なら改善した方が良いかと… あと、部屋に冷蔵庫と電気ケトルがあれば良かったなと思いました。

We stayed with family and suite room, that was free wifi, free water bottle, jet bath, baby cot for free. It takes around 10minutes by walk to go the center. The parking at hotel was 11Euro per night. It will be difficult to find out the parking and hotel during the drive, so please park in somewhere and search the hotel by walk.

Great location to stay with kids for short trip to Colmar. Room clean and secure parking!

Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend für 2 Nächte.

Friendly staff, great lobby and check in. Price was right but going 4/5 as the rooms need some love. Old, stained carpets and old stained wall paper. Room was well cleaned otherwise and bathroom was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was priced under a lot of other options we saw

Nice - in a quite neighbourhood. Only 5 minutter walk to town and supermarked. Free parkering just in front of the hotel

We stayed in a family room with the mezzanine floor (2 adults and 3 children) which was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but nice quality and the service was again excellent. The hotel is easily walkable to the beautiful old part of town where there are many choices for dining. The only downsides - we didn’t know to reserve parking and it was full but we were lucky to get a free space outside. Street parking was busy when we stayed though so this could have been tricky! Water pressure in the bathroom was also on the low side, so allow extra time for showering/washing hair. Overall, a good stay. Perfect base for our overnight stopover in Colmar.
