This was our first trip to Les 3 Vallées and Courchevel. We booked this property to have easy access to all things in Courchevel, and were aware that it was a 2-star hotel (which we've NEVER had issues with in Europe.) The hotel boasted about a recent renovation. Let me assure you - NOTHING about the hotel has had a recent renovation. My dorm room in college in the late 1980's had more going on than our room at the Hotel Olympic. The carpet in our room was filthy and stained. There was a permanent odor in our room. There was a lack of basic hotel linens. The property was noisy - you could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms, and from the outside. Most rooms, including ours, faced an alley that was dark and noisy at all times of day. The hotel advertised the property as "ski in, ski out access". It was a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The toilet ran in our room 24/7, and there was no tech on site to fix it. The property advertised four restaurants restaurants on site (see below). There was one, and it was only open with a prix-fixe menu. Le 9.9 - This brasserie specializes in French cuisine. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Le Ku De Ta - This café specializes in international cuisine. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Open daily. Les 2 Frères - Onsite café. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Open daily. Le Bowling Restaurant - This café specializes in international cuisine. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Open daily.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the price for Courchevel 1850 is outstanding. However this hotel is very basic with no facilities except a bar that is a hang out for the local chauffer drivers. We had room 110 and it was terrible. The location in the hotel meant we looked out into a dirty alleyway that was a cut through between streets and the patio doors offered zero privacy with only normal curtains to block folk lookinh in, which combined with looking out into an alleyway meant choosing between daylight or being watched. There's no safe either and the patio door was not very secure at all. The staff were very friendly though and breakfast was adequate for this category of hotel.

Banheiro estava com o ralo entupido e sujo, além de ser um micro banheiro. Não tem recepção então eu na tinha pra quem avisar. Não tem elevador.

The hotel definitely needs updating. The TV - every channel is in French, only 2 channels in English- both news. Breakfast can use more variations. Staff needs to learn English- Courchevel is very expensive world famous resort- how are you providing customer service and barely speak English.

Room was not clean, carpet was wet, the room had a bad smell. Nice staff but they didn’t do anything about the water leaking.

Rooms were clean and the location is probably the best you can ask for. The only reason not giving it 5 stars is that rooms are a bit small for longer stays, which we had a 7 night stay and toward the end of our stay we felt we needed more space in the room. I would certainly consider staying here for a future ski vacation.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in una località molto cara. Posizione centralissima, accanto alle piste da sci e alle boutique. Confort da hotel a 4 stelle. Ottima colazione.

Good

We really enjoyed our stay. The room includes all the necessities and met our needs for two people for a week. This is a good room if you plan to explore and not spend a lot of time in the room. Expectations should be set for a 2 star hotel, room conditions and cleanliness could be better, but there is a lot of value here because the location is premium and there is a lot included in the stay.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Property was clean, but needs updates as other reviewers have noted. Some light bulbs out in the room, etc. Breakfast was adequate. Great location and good place to stay on a budget.

Hotel is very old

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! Thank you, India!

Hôtel très pratique, bien situé, avec parking et placard à ski et personnel très gentil qui essaie toujours de vous faire plaisir. Les chambres sont grandes et bien chauffées. Le petit déj est complet et le bar au RDC est sympa pour boire un verre

La chambre correspond à la photo. La vue donne sur la ruelle, c'est pas des plus glamour. La moquette de la chambre aurait besoin d'un bon shampoing ou d'être tout simplement changée. Le personnel est très serviable et s’emploie à répondre à vos demandes. Bon séjour.

The hotel is a great value. you need to set your expectations right as it is a 2 star hotel however it is the cheapest around at 1850. The staff works hard to please you. Especially India made our stay a pleasent one

Tiene una gran ubicación en Courchevel 1850, 3 ski lift a 10 minutos caminando así como 1 estacionamiento techado. El personal es amable, pero nada especial. Los cuartos son amplios, aunque la decoración un poco improvisada. Ofrecen desayuno (pan y jamones).
