The worst experience in my life The worst thing happened in this hotel. The money was stolen by an employee of the hotel. During breakfast time the employee broke into our room and stole the cash from my wife’s and my wallet. He stole only big bill cash of about 1000 Euros with Euros,Swiss francs and Japanese yen. As it was such a short time of the breakfast. I left my wallet on the desk and my wife left her purse in the handbag inside of the closet. There was a safe but we didn’t use as it was such a short time of 45 minutes. Hotel is so small that outsiders will not come up to the room. We found out missing money during the day lunchtime. As we had the schedule of watching the Olympic Games we only went back to the hotel in the evening. We reported the front desk and the police in the same evening as soon as when we arrived at the hotel. The suspect front man was still in the front desk. I thought he was the strong suspect when he said if we would go to French Police we would lose our precious day with their long investigation, which sounded very strange to me. We went to the local police next morning and spent 3 hours explaining the incident. I told the police that the stealing happened during the breakfast of the previous day. It happened in 30 minutes of our breakfast as it was the only time my wife and I left our wallets. As there was continued announcements of the awareness against pickpockets in the city of Paris we were always careful about our wallets and bags. I

The Maison Ellle Paris was incredible, the staff are amazing, the location is great, the room Junior Suite was excellent. The breakfast is amazing. 5 stars all around. No complaints whatsoever. Just an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

Du début à la fin, tout était absolument super: Emplacement, personnel, déco, petit-déj., insonorisation, absolument tout, mon hôtel préféré à Paris! Même le SPA tout petit mais gratuit et privatisé est vraiment super, un grand merci!

We had a great stay! Rooms are clean. Overall the hotel is very cute, clean and very friendly staff. Shoutout to Lou and Mary! Met the very nice owner too. 5 star to Maison Elle Paris.

yes beautiful clean and homely environment - loved the casual welcoming atmosphere in reception lounge and complimentary drinks … my welcoming card was very special and very friendly staff, my only comment is that the lighting was very low (lovely and relaxing) but too low for evening make-up! I would prefer a brighter option please for the bathroom area - thankyou

Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant

Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Service was excellent. Only issue we have is that the Junior suite lacks lighting and was a bit dark.

They had a nice spread, though I think they have spread themselves a little thin as far as staff is concerned and seem to have only one staff on call
