Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return. Merch beaucoup to all.

This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return.

Kind and friendly welcome and service; lovely site. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a private terrace. The breakfast was fabulous, especially delicious omelets! It's close to a tram route with easy access to the train station and historic district near the Garonne.

Endroit charmant mais de toute évidence pas un 5*. La climatisation n’est pas adéquate, nous avons manqué de papier hygiénique car on ne nous en a pas ajouté lors du ménage de la chambre et il n’y a que 4 espaces de stationnement à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très dévoué par contre.

A lovely quirky hotel well located for Theban in to the centre. Our meal there was Michelin star standard! The staff were so helpful and the city guides they provided were so useful. Parking our camper van at the hotel was secure. A hotel we’d definitely recommend .
