Le personnel était sympathique, mais la propreté laissait à désirer car le nettoyage n'était pas quotidien. L'environnement était bon et facile à vivre.

いい立地でこの価格はお手頃なのでは？と思います。 ただ部屋の明かりがとても少なく朝の準備は少し大変でした。

子供連れだったので公園が目の前であるのはすごく良かった。部屋の明かりが少なく、全体的に暗い。さらにトイレとエントランスの電球切れがあったり、ドライヤーか壊れていて交換品がすぐには来なかった。

This hotel is not new but very clean. I can see cleaning staff waork well. But I have two complain. 1. All single room has no bathtub. On this app, we have choices the room has bathtub or only shower then I had requested to them bathtub. But when I had checked in, the staff had told me all single room has not bathtub. 2. The beer in the minibar was strange. I had open the bottle, and sipped, "Whats this !?" It was not beer, tasted very strange. Then I took it to the front staff in soon and I explained about it. He had poured to the glass. It was not beer. Looks like cloudy water and something white block had be floated. It was so gross !!! I felt so bad because I don't know what I had drank. Very uncomfortable. But he didn't apologise anything ! I had ask him to change to new one but he didn't want it at first. He wanted change for two beer. I claimed and ask him change the beer to new without extra fee. Finally he said Okay. After I handed a new bottle, I had asked him open it and pouring to glass in front of us to checking. He loughed and said "I know those beer stored here are 100% no problem". Thek I felt he suspect me about the strange beer. I am very offended. Two times. At first, I made drank something strange in the beer bottle in minibar. Secondary, the staff I told about it suspect me about it and his attitude is very far from apologies.

　朝食は採ってないので不明。　シングルのある部屋の一つは部屋内２層式で１階がトイレ、バス　２階がベットとなっている。　若い人は問題無しで楽しい間取りだと思うが、夜中にトイレを行くような年配の方には不向きかもしれない。　また１１０号室は泊まるべきではない。

地図を頼りに歩いてもなかなか見つからなかった、非常に分かりにくい立地。 スタッフはフレンドリーで良かった。 目的地のパレドコングレまで歩いて約20分、値段の割には快適なホテルだった。

Chambre et personnel

Personnel aimable, c’est malheureusement le seul point positif. Pour le reste, l’hôtel est clairement à éviter : bruits incessants dans les couloirs en pleine nuit au point de penser que quelqu’un essayait d’entrer dans ma chambre, propreté douteuse, confort inexistant. L’emplacement est bon, mais je déconseille vivement si vous tenez à votre tranquillité et à la qualité de votre séjour.

Das Hotel ist schrecklich, der Wasserkocher in meinem Zimmer war undicht und im anderen Zimmer funktionierte das Licht nicht überall.

Emplacement ++, personnel sympathique, chambre simple mais calme et bonne litterie. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

La formule sans réception fonctionne bien. Le déjeuner est de très bonnes qualités et l'hôtel est a 15 min de marche du Palais des congrès et du RER ou du métro. Nous y retournerons l'an prochain.

Cr n est pas un hotel. Impossible d avoir le moindre contact par telephone, mail ou message via le site de vente

Check in was a complete disaster, I had to email twice and call 3 times before I could receive the checkin details. The checkin was a 6 digit code for the front door, there is no receptionist, which is fine, room entry is via a QR code scanner instead of a key. What if your phone dies..? The scanner on the door didn’t work well at all. To get to the room it was a series of narrow corridors, stained carpets and a tiny lift (usual in Paris). The room was small, cramped, dim and depressing, with stains in the carpet. Despite having a double bed, two people in this room would feel very cramped. I didn’t pay for breakfast as it was basic, help yourself and overpriced, but I was made to feel uncomfortable for not doing so..! Overall an overpriced soulless hotel offering nothing for the money, The neighbourhood is wonderful, real Parisian life away from tourists, there are better places to stay at better prices than Hitel Makom. Would I recommend it..? Never Would I return..? Never

Hotel très bien placé. les chambres ont été refaites et sont propres. J'ai eu un problème personnel . la gérante a été très compréhensive. j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce geste.

En mi estadía todo estuvo muy bn y creo que depronto lo negativo es que no tenia el desayuno incluido

Le lieu est ok pour une nuit de passage, mais : - arrivée à partir de 16h et départ 11h (assez express vu le prix à la nuitée) - pas de réponse suite à ma demande d’un départ tardif à 12h - hôtel sans réception mais arrivée très facile grâce aux instructions et sécurisée par code - la chambre paraît propre mais les taches présentes sur les draps me laissent penser le contraire OK à 100€ la nuit, inacceptable à 160€ la nuit (tarif de la semaine précédent notre passage) - il n’y a que peu de personnel à payer. Un effort sur la propreté et on pourrait fermer les yeux sur le reste. Ça dépanne !
