Une équipe très professionnelle, un lieu original et bien placé en centre ville. Manque une machine à café et une bouilloire à thé dans la chambre. Pas assez de produits de salle de bain. Le room service est à récupérer à l’accueil : dommage. Les repas du room service sont très bons.

The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool stay.

Honnêtement, nous avons été déçu par l'accueil et le manque de service et prestation en chambre. Pas de cafetière, ni de quoi faire un Thé. Une seul bouteille d eau pour 2 sur 2 jours. Si tu ne demandes rien, tu n'as rien.

The people at the reception and the security are very friendly!

The Hotel is very unique and I enjoyed my stay there. The people at the reception are welcoming and friendly, however, the cleaning staff does not seem to understand what the "Do not disturb" signs mean, as they knock anyway and even open the door before check-out time while people are still sleeping. They are friendly but the management should make sure they are paid long enough to be there so that they can wait for the people who don't check out early :)

Loved the vibe of this hotel, especially the bar/restaurant area - good DJ’s and great food. However, they could’ve done with a couple of extra staff at key times (breakfast and dinner) Room was clean, bed was comfy but no drawers for clothing All in all a great weekend and would definitely stay at Mama Shelter again

Cute, funky decor, friendly staff, very convenient location. Some street noise (as it is on a busy avenue) but nothing that woke us up in the night

It’s terrible that they charge you 50 euros per night for room even though I paid bill already .., it did go back into account in departure. But they should take money before just t as me card details . I e we not use them again

Hôtel très confortable. Super literie et salle d'eau. Très bon petit déj. Emplacement central. Rooftop sympa mais équipe du rooftop désagréable. Prix variables selon le marché, attention.

Séjour Excellent! Le premier jour j’avais relevé des traces de poussières dans la chambre mais ce détail est vite passé au second plan tellement le personnel était correct! Les lieux sont atypiques et modernes! Il y’a de quoi divertir les enfants.À faire! Le personnel est très sympathique et très agréable dans l’ensemble, quelque soit le service. Un Big Up pour tout le personnel de restauration qui est professionnel, attentionné et qui veille à la satisfaction des clients. Tout était bon au petit déjeuner comme au restaurant! Au rooftop il y a un service de boissons de qualité et une pizzeria très correcte , nous y avons passé un bon moment! L’hôtel est situé en plein Centre Ville avec les commodités et les commerces à côté. Les dessins animés en salle, dans les toilettes et un « cinémama » peuvent plaire. Nous reviendrons!

There si no shampoo. or any other 4* quality amenities. The excuse was that they are trying to be more ecological - but that would be solved by bottles fixed to the wall to reduce one use plastics. It was a stress to arrive from NYC and have nothing in the room
