英語があまりできなくても一生懸命対応してくれました。 何人かのスタッフと接する機会がありましたが、全員がとても優しかったです。 設備に関して、部屋はきれいで過ごしやすかったです！2人以上いると荷物を広げるのが少し大変でしたが、荷物を置く棚やラックもあるため大丈夫でした。 冷蔵庫、ポット、パジャマ、コンディショナー、歯ブラシなどのアメニティはないです。お湯はスタッフにお願いしたらもらえました。 ドライヤーの風量、シャワーの水圧、Wi-Fiは問題なかったです。

Clement who seem to be? The manager was especially helpful and very very pleasant French accent but excellent English. He helped us about taxi and train ticket to our next destination because we were worried about the protest scheduled for that day. He made it all very easy. Breakfast ran until 11, :00 and although they were not inexpensive they were very well stocked and made it worth the money. We especially like the neighborhood. A lot of choices on places to eat or shop. The only caveat was that the shower was very small. Only 25 in wide and about some long so I hit my elbows I got. If I were in Paris again I would try to stay at this hotel

The room and bathroom are quite small, but this was to be expected and we were in Paris to see Paris, not to hang in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were quality (they do not provide conditioner or lotion though, so bring your own). The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city so we walked to all the sites. Several tasty restaurants, patisseries, and bars right around the corner.

Exceptional greeting by Paul on arrival. Nothing was too much for the staff and they were all extremely helpful. Room was more than adequate for our needs with linen changed out daily. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a couple after a quiet time in the Latin quarter of Paris

Location was close to metro and within 10 minute walk to resturants and other services.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. An excellent location. Our family of 4 had an amazing time. Thank you!

THEY HAVE AC. That was the biggest selling point for me. The rooms are on the small side and I didn’t try the breakfast, but the front desk staff are polite and open.

Fantastic place to stay at. I will always come back to this hotel whenever in Paris the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nous vivons à 15 minutes de Paris. Nous avons logé dans cet hôtel pour nous rapprocher de la Gare Montparnasse vu que notre train partait assez tôt. Nous avons apprécié de trouver un endroit confortable pour notre famille dans un joli quartier de Paris, vivant mais calme la nuit. Nous avons juste regretter de ne pas avoir d’eau ou de boissons dans notre réfrigérateur car avec les enfants c’est appréciable d’avoir ce type d’attention. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit hormis l’alarme incendie qui nous a quand même effrayé et le manque d’information du personnel sur ce qui se passait dans l’établissement. Point de rassemblement non indiqué, personne pour nous guider et l’ascenseur en fonctionnement alors que l’alarme est déclenchée. Un peu effrayant en termes de sécurité. C’était une fausse alerte mais nous aurions aimé le savoir. Les enfants étaient bouleversés avec la peur que nos affaires brûlent.

Jevnt over veldig fornøyd. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personal som absolutt var på tilbudssiden. God, men enkel frokost. Opplevde hotellet og rommet som rent. En del støy fra ventilasjonen, særlig inne på badet. Med dog en velfungerende ventilasjon på sommeren. Ikke mulig å få stengt ute lys veldig bra fra vinduet. En del severdigheter nærme hotellet, ellers enkelt å komme seg rundt til byen fra hotellet. Stort sett fornøyd med oppholdet.

The hotel was quite good. Rooms were clean. Service was good. The complementary espresso and pastries were nice. My two complaints would be that the room was a bit cramped and it was a bit annoying that you had to turn in a physical key at the front desk rather than just having key cards as is usual for most hotels these days.

Very warm place to stay. The neighborhood was safe and the all personel were helpful. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Neighborhood was safe and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. Like everyone has said, the rooms were very small but we were comfortable and cozy. Beds were made up fresh each day. Coffee, water and scones/treats were available at most times in the lobby area. It was fun to get to know the great people working the desk. We walked to Notre Dame (an easy, fun one mile walk) and to the Louve from the hotel. The Louve walk was an easy 2 miles in the rain!! We loved it all and hope to return!

The room was very small, but this minor inconvenience was more than made up for by the very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was spotlessly clean and their were good choices for breakfast, with fresh fruit and cheeses.
