L’hôtel (4 étoiles soit disant) n’avait pas internet et le type de la réception pas du tout préparé au lieu de proposer une chambre d’hôtel dans l’un des 3 hôtels mercure présents dans un rayon de 300m a dit laconiquement qu’il faudrait utiliser son propre forfait. Donc mauvais service, mauvaises installations. Une vrai fraude pour un mercure 4 étoiles.

Horrible experience in the check-in. The hotel requires renewal and the people at the main desk should be nicer.

The rooms are too small for the price . But Denver at reception is AMAZING AND so helpful

de par la taille des chambres cet hôtel est loin de mériter 4 étoiles. c'était tellement petit qu'il n'y avait même pas de tablette pour poser sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain

Stayed for 5 nigths during a business trip, the room was small but new and clean, walking distance to many places and subway options

Great location to great food and transportation!

The staff was very friendly. The room was very small but comfortable and it had everything that you could need. In the night the entrance door is always closed. There is one staff member at the entrance to open it. If this person leaves for any reason, you will have to wait outside until this person comes back (I had to wait 10 minutes). Unfortunately they are renovating a building in front of the hotel, so it will be quite noisy in the mornings during the week.

Une honte ! Comment un établissement 4 étoiles peut se permettre de proposer des chambres aussi petites. C'est inadmissible. La salle de bain à la superficie d'un WC. On sent l'économie dans chaque millimètre de l'établissement. Même le check in se fait sur le coin d'une table parce que la hiérarchie à du décider qu'il serait bien d'économiser une banque d'accueil.... Bref, une honte !

I feel cheated and have consequently discovered the hotel advertised as 3star. Upon leaving the hotel the staff admitted to being embarrassed. But there is no one else there. It is a poorly managed budget hotel. Surrounded by better hotels. This is a horrible misrepresentation from the moment you step inside the door. It is not a 4 star hotel. The staff don’t even stand behind the front desk. As they are trying to make the empty bar area/reception seem “full”. The “classic double room” just about accommodates a bed, there isn’t enough room for towels in the bathroom! There is a shower, sink & toilet with a sliding door. The toilet door doesn’t close as the “desk” blocks the door. No room There is one hook for a towel so if you have 2 guests you have no room for wet towels. The shower is fine but the shower hose is a grey plastic tube, adding to the poor quality of room. They supplied paper cups in toilet for tooth brush as due to the lack of room. There is no area/shelf for toiletries at sink. It is that small. The wardrobe had been filled with a fridge and safe. The rest of wardrobe can’t hold a coat or dress. Just some t’s and shirts. There are no luxury in this hotel room. It is not 4 star at any level. There is little or no sound proofing. You will hear your neighbors arrive and leave plus chat. Horrible

I found the staff to be very kind and the room to be quite pleasing. I have no complaints about to spaces and feel as though it was worth the amount we paid. The only thing I would add is that getting into the hotel after the staff was gone at night was very confusing as we were not informed how to do that. I was lucky that another guest was leaving around the same time I was arriving back around 2am.

Good, clean, renovated hotel. Great location. Quiet side street which makes a difference but close to all amenities. Very small boutique hotel with only 40 rooms. Good breakfast. Quality coffee always goes down well!

Établissement propre et bien situé par contre j’avais demandé sur l’application un parking , le parking est à 5 min à pied et 48 euros pour la nuit
