Courteous staff and beautiful suite on the 5th floor.

Chambre agréable

Overall the stay was fine- just a couple of small things which could have made a big difference. No robe or slippers in the room with cold tiled floors it made it less comfortable. Only shampoo in the showers so had to go out to buy conditioner and the night receptionist didn’t bring me a blanket after I had requested one as I was cold in the room. Also the fridge made a very loud noise every few hours (it was empty) which woke me up each time. Lastly no tv in the rooms which was fine for me because I wasn’t there much but nevertheless the option would have been be valued.

I put 200 euros in insurance and when I left the hotel they stole it

the hotel is ok. we had expected a higher level from what we saw in pictures. we left one day early. the hotel is too far from the beach, not walkable. because the hotel is next to appartments, so is the pool. there is no music around not even a little. if you sit by the pool its just the noice of the street and neighboors.

Chambres très spacieuses. Personnel jeune et sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Je sais que c’est le concept mais j’aurais quand même préféré disposer d’une TV dans la chambre ou le salon. Chaises/banc du séjour un peu sommaires.

We stayed at the hotel not long after it was opened. As such there were a couple of teething problems but the staff were amazing throughout. The best things about the hotel were: - the staff were outstanding throughout. - the pool area which was quite small (which I preferred) and there were only a few loungers. - the rooms - they were very big and comfortable with a small kitchennette (although no plates or cutlery in the room - but team let me borrow some from the restaurant). - Dog Friendly - I've stayed at this and MOB Hotel in Paris and both are two of the most dog friendly hotels. The things that weren't ideal: - The location. It was a bit of a sclep from the town centre, which was hard work in the heat. There is a bus but dogs aren't allowed on buses in Cannes. - The Car Park was an experience. Definitely built for an era of smaller cars. That being said it was bright so the 12 point turns weren't as stressful as they could have been. I would really recommend it as a hotel if you are staying in Cannes.

All'arrivo pensavamo di essere entrati nella zona fitness poi chiedendo ci siamo resi conto che era la reception... Arredamento in legno tipo baita da montagna con piccola cucina completamente sprovvista di vettovaglie. No acqua di cortesia nel frigo , solo due cialde e due bustine di tè, non zucchero e no cucchiaini... La camera è pulita, il wc perde e allaga il bagno senza aver ne scuse ne altri benefici. La colazione pur essendo minimale è di buona qualità e il ragazzo in servizio è cordiale ed efficiente. Hotel lontano dal centro, a mio avviso un discreto tre stelle.

Very nice hotel with beautiful decor throughout. I was kindly upgraded to the Maxi suite which was greatly appreciated. However, there was a terrible ant infestation and therefore I had to be moved to an alternative room. It should also be noted that all the rooms I occupied, as well as my friends, also had a very strange smell and a few of the light switches didn’t work. There is a lovely eating area and plenty of space to host in the rooms. However, the room only comes with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and 4 mugs. No other apparatus were provided unlike the images shown on the website where there are a range of plates etc. I was provided with a black bin bag but no actual bin for the kitchenette area. The menu options in the restaurant aren’t great and are quite limited. There was also an incident with housekeeping where one of them stole a cake from my friend's drawer. This put a real damper on the stay as we didn’t expect items to be taken, even if it’s just a small thing such as a cake. We all then decided to decline housekeeping to avoid further items being stolen.

très bien passé hotel tout neuf tout en bois écolo même les capsules nespresso! très bon service aussi ils m'ont aidé à ouvrir a porte le samedi merci!!

Assez mitigé. Une terrasse de chambre prétendument privée mais aussi accessible qu'un hall de gare... J'ai du mal a comprendre qu'un hôtel qui se vante de proposer des prestations 4 étoiles, décongèle ses viennoiseries...au prix de 20 € le petit dejeuner Rabaissez vos prétentions à 2 étoiles...et vous serez dans la réalité.

Vi bodde på hotellet i 8 netter. Lokasjonen var et stykke unna alle restauranter og stranden, så jeg ville bodd nærmere havnen til en annen gang. De som jobbet i resepsjonen var vennlige, men vi måtte dessverre klage på renholdet flere ganger. Toalettet var ikke rent ved innsjekk og vi måtte si fra flere ganger før det ble fikset, selvom det ble lovet å vaske med en gang. Ellers var det mye støv på rommet som aldri ble fjernet. Savnet også at det var enkle ting som glass, tallerken og bestikk på et så stort hotellrom. Men hadde kun to kaffekopper. Vi fikk fire kaffekapsler på rommet ved innsjekk, disse ble aldri fylt på og vi fikk heller ikke fler da vi spurte. Det måtte vi kjøpe selv, noe som var litt dårlig på et så langt opphold.
