4人で宿泊したので、トイレが2つあるともっと良かった。部屋に入ると下水臭？がして、3日間続いた。それ以外はとても良かった。

立地もよく干渉もされず快適に過ごせました。 近くに美味しいイタリアンも見つけられて、とても満足しています。

部屋自体は、３階で広く快適でしたが、１階の通りに面したレストランがやかましく、朝の2時まで人の声が聞こえ、寝ずらかったです。 また、2日宿泊したが、タオル交換もなく、ゴミ箱のゴミも捨てていなかった。

モンマルトルエリアでもお洒落なCaféやパン屋さんの多いアベス通りに面していて、まさにパリのオシャレなアパルトマンそのものです。特にアベス通りに面した窓からの眺めは心奪われるものがありました。室内のシックなインテリアやキッチンの備品も申し分なく、高い天井高と十分な広さでリラックスできる大満足の滞在でした。閑静な場所ではないので夜間の賑わいが心配でしたが、2重の防音ガラスの窓と、もしもの場合の耳栓まで完備されていました。実際は通りから最も近い３階の宿泊でしたが、心地よい喧噪が遠くにかすかに聞こえるという感じで夜も快適でした。

パリジャンと同じ生活を体験できるアパートメントです。 近くにレストランやカフェが多いく、パリで有名な美味しいパン屋もあります。 難を言えば、やや騒々しいのが欠点。

ホテルの対応も良く、かつ利便性も高く有用。 部屋も広く、また非常に清潔でした。 連泊する方にはオススメです。 再利用したいです。

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel im Herzen von Montmartre. Zimmer sehr geräumig und optimal ausgestattet. Fussläufig zwei Metrostationen in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie Montmartre-Viertel/Sacre-Cœur zu erkunden. Ebenso zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Reception (9-16 Uhr) mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Team.

Traumhafte Unterkunft inmitten des beliebten Viertels Montmartre. Gehobener Ausstattungsstandard, alles da und liebevoll eingerichtet. Super nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern vier Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

I stayed 6 nights in the 1bd apt w/ my 2 college age children.It was very comfortable & we were grateful for the air as it was very hot & humid in Paris during our stay. My daughter & slept in the bd & son the pullout. The apt was very comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was useful for fruit, snacks & making ice. Check in was a bit confusing at first. We were dropped off & we weren't sure if we were at the right place or how to get into the building. Another family let us in & as I was trying to figure out how to check in, Antoine found me. He was ready and looking for me too. He helped us to our room and he was just fantastic. Basically, don't worry! They will find you. The apt overlooked a very busy street but with the windows closed, the noise was barely noticeable. In fact we would open the windows to hear the daily life sounds of the "town." We barely heard any of the other guests, very soundproof. As far as Montmartre, I thought it would feel like a quaint French town and that is why I chose it over city center. It was extremely touristy and crowded. Would I stay here again? Yes! It was so very charming & so many narrow cobble stone streets to explore. Make sure to walk the steps to Sacré-Cœur Basilica. It is worth it. Every morning before heading out, I walked a different route to get a pastry for breakfast. 1of my favorite parts of our trip. I would definitely recommend Montmartre Residence, it's modern and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A nice suite but the washing machine didn't work and being 15 days into our holiday we had booked primarily for that feature. The shower is not great at all and the water pipe gets scolding hot nearest the push pin to turn the showerhead on and off. In terms of breakfast, both bother as the on the run option of hot chocolate consists of cold milk and a container of powdered chocolate not at all "on the run" and the coffee is also simply the pods. Save yourself the money and walk across to a little cafe across the street. The location is ideal with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We only stayed one night but the location is great and very walkable if you are ok with hills. The Sacred hearts Basilica is a 10 min walk uphill. At your door step are many restaurant options. We stayed on the first floor above the cosmetic shop below. Although our room faced the Main Street with surrounded by restaurants our unit was quiet. The one bedroom apart was spacious with a great layout. The cabinets were stocked with dishes and pots for cooking, large fridge and washing machine. Didn’t see a dishwasher which wasn’t a big deal for me. Would stay here again and recommend to others. There isn’t a lobby/door person to greet you so when you arrive you need to buzz the main office. Have their phone number handy as I had to call to be let in. Once you are checked in they give you a code so you can come and go during your stay.

Beautiful rooms, AC works great (many hotels in Paris have AC in name only). The Montmartre area is lovely and lively but overrun by tourists. Good wifi. I wish the TV allowed access to Netflix etc.

What a sublime property...like being a Parisien for a few days! Spacious, very clean, well furnished and 100 yards from Metro. The staff were also without fault. Helpful, kind and very supportive when called upon. Everything you could wish for in a City break.

Great location around Place Abbesse, and the appartment is very clean. Our family had great time, we will definitively reserve this appartment for our next trip.
