コンセントが少ない、電気ポットはない、それ以外満点

オペラ、ルーブルに徒歩数分で行くことができ、ロワシーバスを使った空港へのアクセスを含め、交通の利便性は最高です。 ホテル内も新しくきれい、清潔で、スタッフの対応も親切。 またパリに行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。

スタッフの方が気さくで快適に過ごせました。 また、メトロの駅からも近くどこに行くにも便利です。 特に日本食を食べたい方は日本街に近接しているためおすすめです。 AM6:30ごろプールに伺ったのですが照明、サウナが使えずそこだけ残念でした。

スタッフがとても親切です。 フランス語も英語もよく話せない私達に丁寧ににこやかに接してくれました。 部屋も清潔で　オペラ座やルーブル美術館　カフェやスーパー　メトロ駅もすぐそばで便利です。 大正解でした。

スタッフのホスピタリティーが随一！ 場所もオペラ座、サン=トノレ近くで便利 地下のスパ&サウナも良い 素晴らしいホテルでした

新しいデザインの幾何学デザインホテル ホテル全体としては大きくはないが、地下にプールやレストラン、ラウンジもあるので とくに問題はありません アメニティーがしっかりしているので、カップルや夫婦にもオススメできます

Amazing hotel. The team is more than excellent there.

NOLINSKI , on l’appel chez nous ou deuxième chez nous ! On a resté c’est été trois semaines à l’hôtel ! On est super contents avec tous qui travaillent à l’hôtel ! À la fois on est triste parce qu’on doit rentrer dans notre pays et on va tout manquer de NOLINSKI ! Le restaurant est incroyable ! Petit déjeuner assez bien servi , le service de Colette est le meilleur. Dans les soirs , les services de Nicola , Isham , Romina et la belle sourire de Corrado sont des petits câlins qu’on se sent à la maison ! Corrado fait les meilleurs mocktails sans alcool supers ! Le menu et assez complet et tout est délicieux , le chef nous a donné comme cadeaux des pancakes dans le matins , et hier soir dans notre dernière dîner il nous a donné un ceviche formidable et des moules au persil trop bon ! Les attentions de Hana , Gianina , la belle sourire de Emre à la réception sont toujours aussi belles ! Les chambres chaque journée était très bien fait , super clean , tout est canon. Monsieur Sauvage est un sage qui a réussi à créer un hôtel de luxe très bon ! On rentre au Mexique bien content après avoir passé un été formidable à Paris.

Had a great experience overall from service and room perspectives. Our suite had a legend bathroom and nice bedroom with great amenities.

This hotel was exceptional in every way! Great service, beautiful rooms, great location. This hotel exceeded my expectations! The air conditioning even worked great! I highly recommend if you are traveling to Paris.

The Nolinski is an incredible property with so many amenities available at any moment. They thought of everything. Led mask, Dysons on demand, chocolates on the bed! The lap pool ( which was unfortunately closed 2 nights while we’re were there for cleaning) was a great respite after walking the streets of Paris all day! Sauna and steam room were also amazing. We didn’t eat at the restaurant unfortunately but it looked lovely! The cocktails at the bar for drinks were also a nice touch in such a tranquil and elegant room. Can’t say enough except that it is worth the price tag :) staff was attentive and always available for any request.

For one of the most expensive five star hotel you would certainly expect a lot more. Poor value for money. Was put in a junior suite on the first floor which is very close to the street and quite noisy. Could only move to a higher floor on the second night and was only staying for 3 nights, although weve booked the room well in advance. No coffee in the room, cup of coffee in the morning cost 7 euros. Room is much smaller than indicated. I would stay in a hotel with bigger rooms, more light, and more amenities for the same rate if not cheaper. The support staff is really nice; restaurant breakfast staff very rude. Not one of the hotels where you feel are keen on making sure you enjoy your stay at all.

The hotel is not good value for money. We paid €700 a night and the bed was old but more importantly air con did not work. The hotel didn’t want to hear. Despite the engineers tool reading 22, and the room being set at 16, the staff just kept saying it was working and would cool down. 4 nights later it didn’t and we had to sleep with windows open on a busy road - not what you expect when paying 700 euro a night. Hotel is 10 years old now and starting to show it. Bed is very worn as is carpet. Great area and well located but use your money wisely and stay somewhere else for the money you are paying. We travel regularly and not our normal experience for hotels at this rate/level.
