Liked their breakfast. Offers wide range of selection. No air conditioner in the room. After taking a shower, took some time for cooling down.

Lors de mon arrivée, l'accueil a été a hauteur. On m'a proposé le restaurant. Accès au parking facile Chambre calme.

Novotel vieillissant, n’a plus le standing d'époque. Par contre le prix élevé ne change pas. Tres déçu par la chaîne Novotel. Vieux hôtel remis à neuf mais qui reste vieillot.

Don't bother. Exceptionally rude and abusive staff. According to the website, check-in is from 14.00. Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on entry, which prompted the cleaner to shout at me in French in an abusive manner. Third room was missing the coffee machine advertised on the website and the safe did not work. Hotel lift was broken, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor. Breakfast buffet would have been good if food was replenished, but this was not done when things ran out so the remaining choice was minimal. Nobody cared. As well as shouting at us, the cleaner also spoke about me in French to the reception staff in an extremely insulting manner in the mistaken belief that I didn't understand what he was saying. Absolutely dreadful, do not waste your money. The male cleaner needs an anger management course, retraining or dismissal; he was absolutely vile towards us.

une nuit d'étape catastrophique: ménage pas fait dans la chambre (reste de gateau), panne ascenseur, chambre réservée jusqu'à midi mais on vient taper à votre porte que vous partiez au plus vite sinon jardin pas entretenu

Great stop off on the drive down to South of France. Clean rooms, restaurant was excellent,

The breakfast was really poor. They had run out of everything an hour before the end of breakfast time. Clearing tables was so slow. No croissants, bread, pastries. We kept having to ask for a bowl or a plate as they weren’t replenishing anything.

No gym, lovely surrounding areas for a morning run. Breakfast basic. Free parking. Food in the hotel restaurant ok.

Hotel smelt of sewerage. very dated and smelly room. Air conditioning not working.

Great parking, staff very helpful (especially Carol) lovely evening meal with entertainment Breakfast sadly lacking

Propreté, personnel, restaurant, tout était bien. Rien à redire hormis un problème d’eau chaude et pas d’eau du tout à la douche. Ristourne sur la nuit pour le désagrément Ça peut arriver malheureusement
