It was comfortable stay. People at the hotel are nice. Room is little bit small but well arranged. Breakfast at terrace is really agreeable. Disappointed about the pool, very small to call a pool. Pool side area is very tight and not well cared. The address is very easy access. Entrance was smellled strange like sewage... they should check it.

部屋は清潔で、広く、部屋にはポットやスリッパなど必要なアメニティーはほとんど揃っていました。 冷蔵庫内のものも無料で提供してあり、風邪を引いて部屋で一日過ごしていたら、「お水など必要なものはありませんか」とお声をかけて頂きました。 近くにオーブラック牛の美味しいお店の予約も快く引き受けてくれ、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。 ホテルのすぐ横がショッピングセンターになっているので、お買い物にも事欠きません。 モンペリエの旧市街の散策も気軽に出来ますし、空港からタクシーで１０分程です。

フロントのお姉さんがとても親切で感じが良かったです。クラシックタイプからスーペリアにグレードアップしてくれました。 ただ、バーやプールスタッフの愛想は悪くないけど、居心地は良くなかったです。 ホテル自体はキレイでオススメです！

プルマンホテル３泊しました。TGVもどきで（マルセイユから1時間半くらいTGVではないが、ローカル線のTENでもない）、鉄道駅経由で行きました。駅前出て右方向の青い路面電車の路線沿いを3分も歩くとホテルの看板が見てきます。 バスローブが１個しかなく、もう一個と思ったのですが、面倒なので、そのまま放置です。T字剃刀はありませんでした。部屋はツインで、テーブルとイスが２つ別にあるので、お部屋でコーヒーを飲むこともできました。部屋設置の湯沸かし器が、強力で、あっというまに煮沸します。ショッピングモールに直結ですが、おおきな駐車場を介しているので、うるさくありませんでした。 場所は、ショッピングモールに直結なので、便利です。ショッピングモールのお惣菜売り場でちょっと買い足せば、部屋で十分宴会ができました。 無線LANが無料なのですが、4時間くらいで、認証セッションが切れるので、つなぎっぱなしというわけではありません。ペットも泊まれるみたいです。エレベーターででかいジャーマンシェパードと一緒になったときは違う文化を堪能できました。

Pullman hotel short walk from train station. The hotel is clean and staff very accommodating.

Location was spotty and there was a lot of construction going on. I would have preferred a hotel closer to the restaurants and bars. I would have given it 5 stars as they have a great rooftop bar restaurant and pool

Great location for exploring the old city on foot. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Service is excellent. Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice of cooked or continental. Well equipped spa that is open until late evening. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Parking is charged for at the end of your stay currently (May 2026) it is around 16 euro per night.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé au centre ville, l’accès au parking est top, la chambre est très bien équipée, propre moderne et dotée d’une literie de grande qualité. Le spa en libre accès jusqu’à 22 h est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner sur le roff top à côté de la piscine est excellent !

We just completed a marvelously pleasant stay at this hotel. We were finishing a one month circuit of western France and some of the hotels we stayed at were, well, kind of meh. This was a wonderful final stop. The hotel is linked via a parking deck which leads to a shopping mall, which leads to the Place Comedie which is the main pedestrian path in the old town center. Lots of activity and shops and side streets to explore! The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar which has a great view of the city. Pool was a bit cold but we braved it anyway. There is also a large hydro spa and steam and dry saunas. Great for relaxing after hoofing it around town. And the morning breakfast is fabulous with attentive staff that can figure out how to get you almost anything. Highly recommend and hope to return soon! Only negative was getting hit with a 40 euro cab fare after trying to walk it and getting a bit lost. Not the hotel’s fault, be aware it is an easy two stops on the tram if you are coming into the Gare St Rich train station!

Big rooms with extra large beds (US style Cal Kings), beautiful breakfast room on roof overlooking pool and views. Hearty breakfast for EU, very kind and attentive staff. Relaxing indoor spa pool (warm) and working wet and dry saunas.

Não fosse a inacreditável dificuldade de se chegar ao hotel ele seria excelente. Acontece que o endereço fornecido não é do hotel e sim de um shopping. Em nenhum lugar há uma explicação de que o hotel fica em andares do shopping. É necessário pegar um elevador pequeno fica num canto não tem uma seta, uma explicação, absolutamente nada que indique como acessar o hotel. Eu perguntei ao segurança do shopping ele nunca tinha ouvido falar no hotel. Só consegui chegar quando encontrei administradores do shopping que explicaram que eu teria que descer dois andares porque ele está no andar -2 e pegar um determinado elevador. Esse elevador deixa no estacionamento. Como eu poderia imaginar que seria a porta do hotel? Resumo, da estação ao shopping 10 minutos a pé. Do shopping ao hotel mais uma hora de estresse absolutamente desnecessário. Fora isso o piso do box é liso e não tem uma barra de apoio. Um hotel que recebe pessoas de todas as idades deveria ter esse cuidado. Fora isso é um hotel excelente.. Mas por toda a tortura de chegar a ele eu não voltaria. Mas recomendo.

l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Montpellier à pieds, l'équipe est adorable et ont a cœur de rendre le séjour de leur clients agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment top. Nous reviendrons certainement.

the room is clean and looks like newly refurbished. the building is right next to the shopping mall (galleries la fayette). the gym is ok. the parking price is reasonable. not necessary to book the breakfast because there’s a lot of options nearby.
