Wir haben als Familie eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir haben tolle Tipps zu Restaurants in der Umgebung sowie zur optimalen Erreichbarkeit der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erhalten, dass hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt: Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Metro-Station, wodurch man schnell und unkompliziert alle wichtigen Orte in Paris erreichen kann. Zudem liegt es in einer schönen und angenehmen Gegend, in der man sich auch abends gut aufhalten kann.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das aus zwei separaten Zimmern mit einer Verbindungstür bestand. Das war ideal für uns, da wir so ausreichend Platz hatten und dennoch als Familie zusammenbleiben konnten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war insgesamt gut und völlig ausreichend. Eine etwas größere Auswahl an frischem Gemüse wie Gurken und Tomaten wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen, aber das ist wirklich Kritik auf hohem Niveau.
Unseren Kindern hat der Aufenthalt so gut gefallen, dass für uns feststeht: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

i was dissapointed at the first impression because of so small entrance and there were only a couple of sophas at lobby. very few pubric space. Room is newly renovated and contemporary designed. spacious at some level considering in Paris. Good for young couples and friends but not recommended for children and seniors. My room had only shower with no bath tub. You should reconfirm if you prefer bath tub.

PARISで最新70番目の5星ホテルとのことで期待しましたが。古いビルをリノベーションしただけの３星クラスです。写真は素晴らしいのですが期待していると全ての点で失望します。マリオットの中でデザイナーズホテル的位置づけのようですが成功していません。
場所が悪く部屋が狭いのは仕方ありません。問題は最大の問題はスタッフ
若いだけでホスピタリティ、知識、サービスもいいとは言えません。
ロケーションが悪いため、観光客にはお薦めしにくいホテルです。
１．Location
オペラ座からタクシーで20分、25€かかる乗換駅近くに位置。古いビルを改装した小さなビル
２．Staff
カジュアルで陽気だがホテルマンというよりカフェの店員レベル
設備や部屋、非常口などの説明はありません。
部屋代に加えデポジットを払う必要があります。荷物は部屋まで自分で運ぶ必
要があります。
３．Room
リクエストは聞いてもらえません。基本的に空きがあってもアップグレードは
ありません。眺望は悪く部屋でくつろぐことはできませんでした。
４．,facility
エクスペディア検索ではプールありになっていましたが、実際はありません。 小さなスパがありますが営業時間は短く使えません。
５．concierge
専門知識、店のデータベースは少ないです。
６．Check out
チェックアウトの後、ホテル側のミスで宿泊費以外にも一方的にカードに課金
されていました。正直怖いと思いました。
2度抗議したが無視。更に強く返金を要求した結果返してもらえました。

Check in was 45 minutes late and nobody bothered to communicate why, we had to keep asking when are room was ready to be met with it’s not ready… sorry people check out late ?? How is that my problem. We paid for the upgraded suite which we were led to believe was on one of the higher floors but instead we were lumped with a first floor suite with a view of the toilets outside and people frequently relieving themselves in full view of our window. Not quite what we had in mind

We had a fabulous weekend at Renaissance in Paris. Every working stuff was very nice and friendly. Hotel is in a great condition and decoration. Rooms was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The location is very central. Everything was great apart from one problem. We drove to Paris from London. Which was a mistake. Because driving in central Paris is a nightmare. On both ends of the street where the hotel is had a sign Not to Enter. That was really confusing. So it took us 1 hour to figure out how to get to the hotel’s car park. If you are driving to this hotel and want to park inside the hotel. The best thing to do is call the hotel and ask them how to get to their car park.

Best stay we have had in a long time!!! The hotel was so clean, and the staff went out of their way to give us the most fabulous experience. They were so friendly, the concierge was incredible with fabulous recommendations, and the room was beautiful. Even down to the refillable water bottle in the room… I wish every hotel stay was like this!! Absolutely prestine and we will be staying here everytime we come to Paris!

Excellent location, with all cool neighborhoods nearby.
The hotel is clean, and comfortable.
The gym could be better equipped, and a little larger.
Nevertheless it is a very good option, and a decent price for this 5 star hotel.
