駅からのアクセスやディズニーパークへのアクセスがバス1本と簡単で土地勘のない私でも迷うことなく過ごせました。滞在初日にブレーカーが数回落ち、WiFiが繋がらなかったことは残念ですが翌日には復旧していたので良かったです。

キッチンには充分な設備が整っています。 スタッフの人がのんびりしているので、チェックインするまでに長い行列ができて40分かかりました。また朝食も混んでいます。 ディズニーランドパリまですぐ近くのバス停から一本で行けるのでとても便利です。

Godt værelse - men det trak lidt fra terrassedøren. God morgemad, men kunne godt savne lidt frugt(Melon, Ananas, Jordbær)

Clean room with a great view, but serious safety concerns for families "We had mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the room was impeccably clean, offered a lovely view, and was located in a nice, quiet area. Walking distance from several markets. Having a small kitchen was also a huge plus for our trip. However, we encountered significant comfort and safety issues. The air conditioning was ineffective, forcing us to leave the balcony door open just to cool the room down. More importantly, the bathroom layout is quite hazardous, especially for those with children. The heated towel rack is located directly next to the toilet; it is positioned so close that an adult—or more concerningly, a child—could easily suffer a burn while using the toilet. Additionally, the bathtub is unusually high, making the step out feel dangerous, especially since the floor becomes very slippery. Instead of a sturdy shower curtain or door, there is only a flimsy swinging glass panel that offers no support if you were to slip. It would nice if there was at least a hand rail on the back wall. While the hotel is aesthetically nice and clean, management really needs to address these safety hazards to protect their guests."

Excellent hotel

The hotel is in a good location, only a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and about a 20 minute walk from Val D’Europe station and shopping centre. I’d recommend downloading the IDF Mobilités app for ease of getting the RER/bus so you can just tap in and out. I chose to stay in this hotel as I had stayed here when I visited Disneyland Paris in 2016 so knew what to expect. Also make sure you bring a physical bank card, as you need it to check in, for the deposit. The rooms are a good size with a small kitchenette area and separate bathroom. The rooms are clean with all the essentials - basic but all you need. It is worth noting that there is no routine daily housekeeping although this doesn’t matter so much if you are only visiting for a few days. We woke up one morning to no electricity in our room which was frustrating however the electricity was restored within a short space of time so didn’t cause a lot of problems. However on our last day, we woke up to no hot water. This was not resolved by the time we checked out at 11am. The bathroom also smelt like drains intermittently at various times of the day which wasn’t the most pleasant. Overall, the hotel is in a great location. It is a good and affordable alternative to staying at a Disneyland Hotel. However our stay was let down a little by the electricity, bathroom smell and lack of hot water.

Wie hatten oft kein heisses Wasser. Duschen ging nur am Morgen sonst nichts. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind kleiner als gedacht aber dafür sauber.

Oui il n’est pas normal de ne pas avoir de l’eau chaude dans un hôtel, nous n’avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et pas d’eau chaude

Accueil très bien. Chambre très spacieuse, propre et très pratique pour une nuit. On y reviendra pour sa proximité avec Disneyland Paris.

We stayed in an apartment with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. The room was absolutely spotless. I liked the kitchenette area which was easy for making porridge in the mornings. We had a lovely balcony view of the pool and it was perfect location for travelling to Disneyland Paris. The bus outside is very reliable and for €2.50 each way was a bargain. Would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone with a family looking for somewhere to stay.

Great location for travelling to Disneyland. Basic but clean and tidy apartments with decent storage. No English speaking TV channels which was a bit a problem. Breakfast was poor to average and difficult to get a table to seat 5 regardless of the time we went down. No restaurants or eateries nearby so had to use Uber Eats for food which wasn't ideal. Overall, decent apartments for what we needed and would stay again if we are ever going back to to Disneyland.

La chambre parfaite !, le petit dejeuner garnis et frais, seul bemol : la mésentente entre les 2 personnels du petit dejeuner qui se prenaient le bec pendant celui ci, rendant le moment un peu genant et pas tres agreable ..

Notre séjour était bien. Le bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre est à revoir. Très fort quand elle doit passer en mode chauffage
