Chambre propre, lit big et confortable, petit déjeuner au top, personnel super agréable à l'écoute, vu sur les montagnes 😍😍 et le petit plus qui est très rare malheureusement et qui pourtant est très pratique, le petit chariot pour les bagages, génial !!!! Je recommande!!!!

スキー目的で滞在しました。部屋は小奇麗に整理されており、キッチンも広く清潔でした。スーパーもあるので食材も調達できます。ほとんどのスタッフは大概親切で、英語が通じる人もいます。ホテルでは、スキーパスが買えますし、事前予約すればバゲットをフロントで買うこともできます（徒歩圏内にパン屋あり）。スキーパスは並ばなくても買える点が魅力でした。ホテルから徒歩２分ほどの場所からリフト乗り場まで無料バスが出ているので便利でした。また、スキー道具のレンタルショップも村に数軒あります。総合的に満足のできるホテルでした。ただ、ホテル周辺はレストランが数軒しかないので、混雑する時期だと入れない可能性もあります。

Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’hôtel est bien placé, simple d’accès, la chambre est propre et les lits très confortables, tout est présent sur place pour être autonome niveau nourriture (plaque, équipements, grille pain, bouilloire etc). Toutes les chambres n’ont pas la même vue donc faire attention à cela lors de la réservation. De plus le personnel est très agréable.

Séjour d'une semaine, résidence très calme à l'intérieur mais à l'extérieur passage de voitures bruyant surtout le week-end, appartement propre et confortable non climatisé, seul bémol petit coin cuisine avec minuscule évier, personnel accueillant, sympathique et souriant.

After long day we expected that beds are ready for three of us. Like normally they are. Well, prepare to do your own bed. Also remember to do cleaners work, one rubbish bag is there. You just need to add in to the bin. If you want to bath, bring your own plug for the bathtub. Dont use too much toilet paper either, there is half roll of it and no spare. I would not choose to have breakfast in here. You cant even have eggs even if you ask for those before coming. If you want to have warm smile from the desk when you check out, i suggest to go somewhere else.

pas assez d informations au préalable. logement ne correspond pas a mes attentes. il s'agit d'une chambre d'hotel avec un coin cuisine inutilisable. alors que ce logement est vendu pour un studio a montagne. je ne comprends pas le concept. très décevant pour moi

Half term, so this was very much a last minute booking. Availability was the main positive. Morillon is tiny and quiet. The pizza takeaway place La Puzza is lovely. Regarding Vacanceole Residence, very basic and not in a cute country style, but just basic. Was really surprised to be marched upstairs at checkout (before they would refund the deposit), to strip bedding, and had a towel thrown on the kitchen table and told by housekeeper to “dry the clean dishes and put them where you found them”. Breakfast abysmal. Nope. Sorry it’s not an experience to remember with fondness.
