ここに2泊しました。場所はとてもよく、対岸のシテ島やルーブルも歩いて行けます。徒歩圏内に良いレストランも沢山ありました。施設もとてもおしゃれで清潔で快適でした。洗濯機乾燥機もあり便利だと思います。またパリに行く際はここに泊まりたいと思うくらい、すごくおすすめです。

室内はとても綺麗で設備も充実しています。 洗濯用の洗剤液も用意されているため､長期滞在にも適しています。また近くにベーカリーやスーパーもあるため､何かと便利な立地です。

This was an ideal location for our Paris break. We will absolutely stay again!

A short stay here would be fine. The location and layout of the apartment is good, and there is plenty of storage for your clothes. Unfortunately, apartment 301 had a broken towel bar heater for our entire 2 week stay, which resulted in a very damp bathroom with no heat. Used towels never dried and even the fresh towels provided by housekeeping ended up feeling cold and damp. The blinking error light from the heater unit was very bright at night and the bathroom fan constantly turned itself on and off. The staff was polite, but too much vacation time was spent trying to get an acknowledgement and resolution to the broken heater (finally informed that a replacement was on order but would not be available during our stay). It would have been far better if we’d been told upfront that the heater didn’t work so that we didn’t spend time trying to figure out why it didn’t work. Also, never found a store that carried the correct coffee pods and ended up buying a Coffee Press to have coffee during our stay. This apartment would have been very good if the equipment was in working order and they left more supplies, but two weeks in late October with wet towels was not fun.

Very well located hotel with plenty of good restaurants around. We were on the top floor so dragging the luggage up and down was quite a challenge.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Right by Notre dame and Latin Quarter so lots of dining options and walkable to many sites. It’s also a few min walk from Saint Michel-Notre Dame station which is a direct train to airport (RER B line). The apartment itself is super spacious and modern and charming. Has kitchen and laundry facilities. When we had a minor issue with a light switch, the management quickly responded via email and had it fixed right away. I would definitely recommend staying here if in Paris!

Fantastic location lots of space for a place in Paris. Beds were comfortable plenty of pillows provided. The entranceway and stairs are very old and do smell old. The biggest issue is in the shower which gets water everywhere and there aren’t enough towels but otherwise would recommend this as a place to stay in central Paris

Less Star for Communication - It was hard to find the apartment as the door number is missing on the building. The building code was NOT provided even though we had checked in online. Luckliy the caretaker was there at the same time and let us in. After that the communication on Whatsapp was good. The team was responsive and tried to be helpful. Even though we stayed for 4 nts.. Not enough coffee pods, cream and sugar was provided. The request was taken on Whatsapp but not provided on time. So plan for this . The apartment was modern and good furnishings.. Watchout for the washer /dryer.. It may not dry on time , so dont put before you plan to leave. Nice cafes and boulagaris nearby.. Korean coffee places if u fancy as well Its closer to Notredam.. but around 15 min walk to Metro. Overall would recommend..

I booked this hotel for the location, space, and amenities. The ad on hotels.com has a picture of a rooftop patio which was very nice. But it does not exist. The hotel was on the first floor with no open patio. In fact, the patio was eclosed and other floors have view to it and their bathroom windows open to this patio. The bathroom sink drain was very very slow and no one came to fix it. The shower does not have any curtains, so after a normal shower the floor is flooded. The service for your room is 60 euros each time which is not mentioned earlier. And you have to tell them one day in advance. There is no one answering you 24/7. It takes few hours to hear back from them. Overall we won't com back there.

Exceptional hotel and property in a convenient area. Very quiet room and comfortable beds. Highly recommend to other travelers.

Our entire stay was pleasant. It was comfortable, centrally located, and quiet. I did need to reach out to the property and they responded quickly. The apartment was furnished and modern.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and actually feels bigger, with high ceilings and top-of-the line luxe finishes that feel substantial. Siemens induction stove, Bosch washer/dryer, an extremely strong hot shower. Great sound insulation. Sofa bed is queen sized. Master bedroom is roomy and bed is comfy. Its location is perfect for those who want to be close enough to the action but still on a quiet side street with no street noise whatsoever. Excellent groceries, bakeries, and coffee shops within 5 minutes walk. All the atmospheric. restaurants on narrow winding streets in Latin Quarter also just around the corner. An added bonus is the fact that a very easy to use luggage storage service called City Locker is literally next door. Only caveats: 3rd floor with no lift. The shower often got water on the bathroom floor as the door is not fully enclosed. The washer dryer took a few tries to figure out - an easy how-to guide especially explaining the levels of dryness would go a long way to help out North Americans used to having bone dry clothes out of their dryers. Would have appreciated a few more coffee pods - somehow we ended up with mostly decaf ones. Overall, 5 star. Would recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.

Nice appartment, very close to Notre Dame cathedral. I missed an elevator, so had to climb the stairs with luggage. At the entrance mouldy smell because of mould on cupboards. No staff present, didn't like digital check-in.

Absolutely Wonderful Location and Apartment Facilities and Local Facilities. We walked everywhere in Paris by foot from here using the River as a delightful guide West to East and back, before venturing into the North or the South.

The staff and the property were fantastic and made our trip to Paris feel like a homecoming.

Lovely location and beautiful view of the nearby Notre Dame cathedral. Care was taken in the renovation and the entire living space was tasteful and modern.

정말 예쁜 아파트식 호텔입니다. 나가서 코너 한번만 돌면 노트르담 대성당이 있고 걸어서 15분 거리에는 마레지구가 위치해 있는 등 위치 및 호텔의 전반적인 컨디션은 매우 훌륭합니다. 인테리어도 매우 고급스럽고 모든 도구가 갖추어져 있어 아무 준비 없이 한 가족이 바로 거주 할 수 있을 정도입니다. 그만큼 넓고 쾌적합니다. 하지만 전통적인 호텔이 아니므로 청소를 요구하거나 추가 수건을 요구하게 되면 비용이 많이 붙습니다. 무엇보다 수건에 먼지가 많고 머리카락이 붙어있는 경우가 있어 그 점은 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 또한 컨시어지 서비스를 제공한다고 적혀있으나 유료 컨시어지 서비스입니다. 이런 호텔은 처음이라 가장 황당했던 점입니다. 모든 것이 추가비용이 듭니다. 호텔 옆 건물에 위치한 City Locker를 이용해야 하며 오늘 날짜 기준 15유로입니다. 또한 성격이 급하신 분은 소통에 시간이 많이 소요되므로 인내심을 갖고 연락하시기 바랍니다. 혹은 추가적으로 문의할 일이 있을 경우 파리에 오기 전에 시간적 여유를 두고 문의를 마치고 방문하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 호텔이지만 바로바로 전화 혹은 연락이 어렵습니다. 저녁 8시 경 급하게 문의할 일이 있어 전화를 시도했지만 whatsapp, e-mail, 전화 세가지 모두 시도 해야 한시간 정도 후에 연락이 가능했습니다. 차라리 퇴근을 했더라면 이해했겠지만 연락이 가능하기는 합니다. 가장 심각했던 점은 두번째 날 오전에 60유로를 넘게 결제하는 옵션을 선택했고 청소를 요청했지만 오후 12시가 다 되어도 그 어떤 연락이 오지 않았습니다. 결국 돈도 내가 내고 연락도 내가 먼저 해야만 청소서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다. 이 모든것에도 불구하고 예쁘고 깔끔하고 멋진 숙소입니다. 추가요구사항이 없다면 이 금액에 이렇게 쾌적하고 넓은 숙박시설은 찾기 어려울 것입니다.

Recently stayed here on a trip to Paris. It was in a good area and the room was very comfortable and homey.
