Staffs are really kind and helpful for my stay. I asked some of my luggege to be kept in their fridge, and also to be handed over to my friend even after the checkout. The room was a bit small but very comfortable. Breakfast is a kind of simple one, but good enough to kick off the days.

I would not recommend this hotel. One major concern is their outdated key policy—guests are required to leave their room key at the front desk every time they leave, with no system in place to track who enters or exits the room. While the receptionist was friendly and helpful during check-in, my experience quickly became unsettling. After dropping off my luggage and turning on the AC, I left to purchase Eiffel Tower tickets. When I returned around 10:30–11:00 PM, I found the AC had been turned off, suggesting someone had entered my room while I was out—without any notice or explanation. The next morning, as I was preparing to check out and store my luggage, I discovered that my passport was missing. I’m certain it was with my belongings when I left the room. Unfortunately, despite searching thoroughly later, it was never recovered. This experience raised serious concerns about security and privacy. I urge future travelers to consider these issues before booking.

Convenient

The location was perfect. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower right from our balcony It is Close to many shops, restaurants and metro. Our room was a little small but to be expected in a historical charming part of Paris. The staff is what makes this property really special. Claudia and Nathalie were so welcoming and warm and they were incredibly helpful. They gave us so many great tips to make our stay in Paris unforgettable. Claudia is a Whoot. So funny and sweet. Thank you so much!

Hotel was fine, clean, breakfast was good, Cladia on the front desk is amazing, her knowledge and information given to us for places to eat and visit was brilliant

Nice property, good location in a more residential neighborhood. Claudia was excellent with the check in and recommendations. The only thing some rooms are pretty small, the shower was tiny but the other room was big enough.

We booked the room with eiffel view, and it was a great experience! Proximity to metro, great bakeries, wine shops, everything at a walking distance. Absolutely recommend staying at this property.

Si alguna vez regresamos a Paris definitivamente volveríamos ahí gracias a la amabilidad de Claudia, que gran persona, nos ayudo incluso diciéndonos que metro podíamos tomar, siempre atenta a nuestras dudas. El hotel en general es pequeño, pero para nosotros fue perfecto ya que solo lo utilizábamos para dormir, también es super céntrico podíamos ir a la torre Eiffel y alrededores caminando, tienen la opción de desayuno bastante sencillo y rico, lo necesario para que comiences el día. Lo único que no me gustó fue que mientras estábamos en el cuarto la persona de limpieza abrió la puerta, fue bastante incomodo ya que me encontraba terminando de acomodar mi ropa, agradecería nada más que tuvieran cuidado con eso, porque no es agradable que alguien ajeno entre mientras uno esta. Como sugerencia tal vez pudieran poner algún letrero de molestar, para que nadie entre cuando no se requerido. Pero sin problema regresaría de nuevo.

Un hotel bien localizado cerca de lineas del metro, limpio y comodo. El personal fue muy amable, sobre todo la recepcionista Claudia quien nos recomendo actividades y lugares donde comer cerca.

No me gustó para nada el hotel, todo súper qué pequeño , y no había aire acondicionado , durmiendo todo los días con tremendo calor

Personnel à l'accueil vraiment sympathique, possibilité de laisser les bagages en attendant les clés de la chambre. Literie confortable. Rapport qualité-prix intéressant. Points moins positifs : isolation phonique médiocre (voix dans l'escalier et dans la chambre voisine, chaudière), salle de bains et douche minuscules, débit d'eau très faible.

Antes que nada debo decir que la gente es muy amable. Todos fueron cordiales. Sé que no es un hotel 5 estrellas pero es un excelente hotel por si deseas no pasar tiempo en la habitación, solo ir a dormir, asearte y en mi caso el desayuno. El desayuno no está bien, tristemente muy malo y no hay opciones. De hecho pregunté a la señorita que si no tenía más huevo y me respondió que ya era tarde, que llegara más temprano para desayunar. Solo desayuné 1 vez las otras dos ya no quise volver. Pero debo de decir que había una mesera muy agradable y con una increíble sonrisa, ella fue muy amable. Es muy céntrico y excelente para un viajero solitario como yo.
