ザ・ホクストン パリ

もともとフィガロで紹介されていて、インテリアが自分好みだったので予約しました。 主人が喫煙者なので、事前にテラス付きの部屋をリクエストしたところ快くお受け頂き最上階の4階で広めのバルコニーのついたお部屋でした。部屋タイプはRoomyでバスタブはありませんが、思ったより広くてベッドの質も良かったです。冬場でとても寒い時期でしたがシャワーも熱々のお湯が常に出るのでストレスがありませんでした。（水圧は若干弱め）毎日掃除もよくして頂き、トラブルも一切なく、とても快適に4泊過ごせました。ルーブルやオペラ座も徒歩圏内ですしメトロも近く、治安の良いエリアなので立地も良かったです。デメリットを挙げるとすれば、車止めがないことと（タクシーに急いで乗り込まないといけません）、海外でありがちですが照明が少し暗いです。 お値段も妥当な金額で、夫婦共に大満足なホテルでした。

フロントのスタッフもレストランのスタッフもとても親切でした。 お部屋もデザインがとても素敵で、歴史ある建物がとても美しく活かされたホテルでした。 バッグを夜ドアにかけておくと、翌朝美味しいミニ朝ごはんセットが入っているという嬉しいサービスもありました。すぐ出かけたいという時や、部屋を出て朝ごはん食べに行くのが面倒な事も多いのでとても良かったです。

I loved the decoration of the room and restaurant very much. The room was relatively large in Paris even if the smallest one. I like the breakfast bag idea. It was the simple breakfast but the yoghurt was tasty. And they filled my fridge with 2 bottle of water and a milk. The hotel is located in a very convenient place and we can use 8&9 line of metro. The restaurant at the ground floor was also great but it was quite busy in the night so it’s good for people which like such an lively atmosphere.

エントランスから雰囲気が良くおしゃれな空間にテンションがあがりました。部屋も同じくセンスが良く快適で、設備も整っていました。立地もよく、次回も利用したいです。

立地を含めて全て良い。強いて言うならば、冷房が調整しても涼し過ぎたくらいです。情報以上にプチ朝食は美味しく、またリピートしたい素晴らしいホテル。

Incredibly stylish hotel in a completely updated former factory building. Very popular bar and restaurant in lobby. Rooms were elegant and thoughtfully appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

Room service is terrible Receptionist are terrible They don’t even pick up the phone for $600 a night or more I expect better service Nothing is delivered on time The Receptionist is so tiny for the amount of people that are staying in the hotel so they cannot deliver

I have experienced a problematic experience during my stay. Basically Paris was around 13 to 22 degrees celcius and the air conditioning was broken during my whole stay, they offered me portable heaters. The phones were out during my stay, they offered to message over whatsup app if I needed any hotel services and so. But it takes to for the to answer. One night I arrived at my room and see that the room cleaning service did not put any hand or floor towels at the room. I messaged them 3 times they did not even return my messages. I tried to call the hotel lobby from outside to check their messages but like I said their phone system is out. They forget to put towels twice!!! They give to bottles of complimentary water, they forget to put that too once. It gave me the feeling that I should check everything when I arrive in my room if anything is forgotten. This is not a comfortable feeling. Plus for the room, its cosy and comfortable, my only concern is that the bath needs space around the sink area to put the personal items. The light lumen is low around the sink area, I have had hard time during my beard shaving. Quite nice location, hotel looks nice. But I would expect much better for the amount I paid for the room.

Ein sehr schönes und lebendiges Hotel. Coole Bar und ein schönes Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
