Belle vue sur la place de ma chambre. La chambre et la cuisine sont sur 2 étages donc prévoir qu’il y a des escaliers et notre appartement était aussi aux deuxième étage. Donc aux personnes âgées , beaucoup d’escalier pour les bagages et les aller-retour.

Hôtel très bien placé sur la plage mais manque cruel d’entretien.

Établissement conforme au standard annoncé. Beaucoup de rénovations semblent avoir été effectuées. Le site est magnifique. Merci

Ménage très limité, odeur d'urine dans les toilettes. Dommage le lieux est sympa et agréable en saison

Des plus et des moins pour cette résidence. Les plus: localisation, calme, grand logement, la baignoire balneo Les moins : propreté de l espace extérieur, jacuzzi sal, trou dans la clôture donnant sur un parc, accueil froid mais professionnel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Tout était parfait. La résidence est calme et trés bien située (proximité immédiate de la plage). L'accueil et le service sont remarquables. La résidence est surveillée la nuit par un gardien trés sympatique. L'appartement (N°15) est trés confortable pour 4 personnes.

Super appartement villa au Rez-de-jardin avec jacuzzi privé ! Calme, proche de la mer.

L'établissement est idéalement situé pour les amoureux de la nature. Nous avons profité du calme et du bruit des vagues car de la terrasse à vol d'oiseau, l'océan est proche. Le personnel d'accueil est formidable. Villa de style, son patio et son jardin donnant sur le golf sont un plaisir des yeux.

Accueil charmant. Personnel très serviable. Atmosphère tranquille et familiale. Une petite rénovation serait parfois nécessaire : pas de table de nuit par ex.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sauber, etwas außerhalb, ruhige Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist auch OK. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Biarritz mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten. Aber Achtung: Die Zimmergrößen sind in Expedia falsch angegeben. Standard Studio hat 15qm, nicht 36. Da wir nach 18 Uhr angereist waren, mussten wir eine Nacht in dem Zimmer verbringen. Der Wechsel in ein größeres Zimmer war am nächsten morgen aber kein Problem.

Positives: Location is good. The lady at reception was very nice. Negatives: no shower in the accommodation. A shower was listed in the Expedia room description & you would think this is a basic facility all accommodation would have but alas not here. The apartment was dark & grimy. The fridge had a foul fish odour which tainted our food & seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were old floorboards throughout the apartment which were extremely noisy & kept waking our baby. The furnishings were worn & dated. The Apartment was in the attic and had a low sloped ceiling which meant we couldn’t stand up straight in the living room area. You have to clean the apartment yourself before leaving & take out the bins. There was no change of towels or bed linen throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was freezing so no one uses it. We left as soon as we could find another available hotel nearby. I’m angry I wasted €800 on this place as it was a complete dive & not somewhere you would want to spend your holidays.

A great location to surrounding area of Anglet and close enough to the bigger environment of Biarritz and surrounding areas of Bordeaux and San Sebastian. Best for people with a car. Pool was great fun, especially after a day on the beach, which was only a short walk away. Great running path along beach to Biarritz. Apartment was well stocked for cooking. Off street parking dedicated area with code. Overall, great family place to stay. Will definitely look at coming back.

Villa Clara was a very nice stop on our way South on the coast. Be prepared to clean your apartment to the state it was in when you arrived before departure, or pay a fee (20€ and up). The amenities are very nice, and it's close to the beach. You can walk over a golf course after sunset, before required a slightly longer walk along a road. In the immediate area there is not much to do beyond spend the day sunbathing or in the jacuzzi.
