部屋が広くて清潔でした。男性が一人で対応していますが、バス停の場所やエズへの行き方など、親切にいろいろと教えて戴きました。 ニース市街からちょっと離れている閑静な場所にあります。静かだけれど街に出るにはちょっと不便かな。

他の方も記載の通り、オーナー夫婦が引退し、男性1人の経営となっており、評価と差が出ているようです。 日本とは異なりスリッパ、歯ブラシなどはありません(他の5つ星ホテルでも歯ブラシがない所もあり、設備は普通だと思います)。 清潔面は全く問題なく、快適です。空調は部屋毎の調節ができず、比較的温度が低く設定され、女性にはつらいかもしれません。 評価と異なり、朝食は近くのパン屋で買った方がよっぽどおいしく、安上がり。 日中でもフロントが不在になる時間帯もあり、利便性なども良いとは言えません。 新しい男性の方も悪い方では無いようですが、今のままでは再訪は考え難いです。残念。

Les Cygnes was a lovely, small hotel. A very quiet venue which was perfectly cleaned, very nicely decorated and large room/ large bathroom and small balcony with enough room for two chairs and small table overlooking the interesting buildings and a distant view across the town. Although no drinks were provided in the room, a small area in the garden basement was available with self service snacks and hot drinks to purchase. The continental breakfast, served in the garden, had an extra charge but was more than adequate with croissant/pastries, coffee and fruit. The host was a very pleasant and helpful lady, who sent several useful texts during our stay. The hotel was a fairly short but hilly walk away from the main road into town and the seafront. A very pleasant and quiet hotel for a visit to Nice and nearby towns, including Monaco, with great, inexpensive public transport, including the tram linking central Nice with the airport.

Inden ankomst blev vi kontaktet af hotellet som via WhatsApp sendte en fin vejledning til hvordan vi kom fra lufthavnen til hotellet. Det gjorde det nemt at komme frem og gav en rolig start på ferie. Efter vi havde tjekket ind, fik vi anbefalinger til flere forskellige restauranter, dette var efter forespørgsel fra os. Der kunne tilkøbes morgenmad som blev serveret nede i gården, det var en fin og lækker morgenmad. Der var en rigtig god oplevelse at bo på hotellet og vi følte os virkelig imødekommet.

the hotelier, Régine, made herself available to text messages and checked in with us daily to make sure the stay was going well and gave recommendations for dining and activities. coming from a tiny hotel room in paris, the room was roomy, beautiful, had incredible views + a balcony, and was well equipped with a fridge and strong AC. the hotel was a brief walk from the sea, and there were plenty of restaurants/boulangeries/grocers within a short walk. the nearest tram station was only a ~5 minute walk away, and provided rapid and cheap access to old Nice, Place Garibaldi, NCE airport, Nice-Ville train station, and really anywhere else you’d wish to go in town without needing to order an uber.

It was a really cute, clean and nice hotel, where we had a beautiful view over the city. The staff was super nice and came with many good tips for our stay.

Quiet, romantic setting in a lovely neighborhood. Host was welcoming and friendly, breakfast was great. Highly recommend this small hotel.

Superb little hotel. Very clean, quiet and well situated for the tram connection. Breakfast was excellent and Règine looked after us brilliantly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding hospitality.

What a fortuitous find! The Hotel Villa les Cygnes is a small hotel, very well situated - the Musée des Beaux Arts is just down the road and the Promenade is a short walk away - and is kept impeccably clean. A very friendly welcome was continued by attentive care, informed answers to questions and helpful advice. I’ll definite Stay here again!

Vi bodde på dette fantastiske stedet i 3 netter og det var over all forventning! Vi ble tatt i mot av Nicholas når vi ankom hotellet, og han var så hyggelig! Hotellet er sjarmerende, stille og rolig og ligger en 5 minutters gåtur unna promenaden. Vi hadde et helt supert opphold her, og kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake :) - Marie & Hedda

A hidden gem!! Close enough to the beaches (a 5 minute walk), but tucked away on a quiet winding street. The architecture around the hotel is gorgeous. My room was huge and had a balcony which allowed me to take in the views of Nice in the morning and evening. Highly highly recommend staying here. It feels like you’re in your own private Villa and the price is extremely reasonable especially considering the quality of the hotel. I plan to come back!

Bien installé après un accueil agréable, au calme mais à 10 mn maximum à pied des restaurants. Adresse conservée pour un prochain séjour.

Cleaning was very good but with schedule even if we were in holiday and we wanted to sleep. No bar, no restaurant, no parking (just on the street). Nearby the beech. Overall it is good for the money value

Nicholas was a great host. The property is 5-7 minute walk to the Promenade de Anglais and other attractions. The hotel is clean, quiet and parking was convenient. Safe area to walk from the center.

Excellent facility and host. Location is superb, easy walk to the promenade and to the old town. Would definitely stay here again.
