Petit déjeuner trop minimaliste pour le prix

Nice room and excellent restaurant available

Très bon week-end passé dans cet hôtel. Proche de plusieurs villes Annecy, Genève. Tout était parfait le petit déjeuner aussi. Merci pour le lit bébé qui était vraiment très bien préparé.

Die Zimmer waren zwar an sich sauber waren jedoch gerade im Badezimmer sehr heruntergekommen. Es gab scheinbar einen schlecht reparierten Wasserschaden wodurch der Türrahmen komplett vergammelt war und an der Decke befand sich Schimmel. Es roch gerade im Badezimmer auch sehr nach dem Abfluss was durch die Nähe zur Autobahn und dem Lärm nicht besser wurde da man nachts nicht Lüften konnte. Ansonsten was das Hotel für den Preis in Ordnung und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

The prepared breakfast was not warm and the fruit was not clean.

I was bluntly told by one of the manager, that this hotel is a 3 stars hotel ... I believe the hotel deserve only 3 stars... There are little access to staffs other than having to ring the bell. But what was the most disappointing was that we were suppose to change room on Sunday after a 2nd night stay, ( our stay was 6 days), but we never were switched as promised. Our room was noisy, on the 1st floor, facing the front of the hotel. Also, the staff that cleaned our room, constantly turned off our AC , therefore when we came home it was always stuffy, and hot, and to boot, we had to ask the authorization to open the window. We had to do it twice during our stay. Also the room was fairly clean, it was however very small. Maybe the other rooms are larger. The breakfast was OK, not great! there was a lot of left over food from the buffet of the evening before. IE cheese.

Tout paraît très bien jusqu’à hélas lorsque vous avez une chambre qui donne sur le devant et pis encore à proximité du restaurant car à partir de la fermeture j’ai largement profité des bruits de rangements se propageant par l’ai r et dans la dalle et ça dure longtemps ; dommage car tout le reste est très bien, surtout justement le restaurant attenant qui est de grande qualité

Okay for one night, not longer. Breakfast is an overpriced disaster - better go to McDonalds nearby.

Good hotel, clean and good size rooms. The outside area is industry so not so pretty. We were woken by noices (from the restaurant cleaning/trash) the first night, the second night was fine. Close to shopping centre that has an info desk that can provide you with travel passes for the french part and Geneve together. All in all happy with the stay.

Odeur horrible dans la salle de bain donc dans la chambre toute la nuit . Personne à la réception car parti donc impossible de Flandre à changer

Hotellet levde verkligen upp till mig och min sambos förväntningar och passade vårt behov för resans ändamål. Väldigt trevlig personal och god frukost.
