My second time staying here. Clean, spacious, well-equipped and a great environment for remote working. However, hugely inconvenienced by fire alarm testing. The planned one-hour evacuation was well communicated. However, the subsequent alarm test went on for 15 mins and we weren’t told about it in advance. I had to abandon my work meeting and evacuate the room (I subsequently found out we didn’t have to but was none the wiser). Please improve this, especially as you know people have work to do - otherwise would’ve been five stars.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! L’agent d’accueil nous a fait poiroté ma mère et moi dehors à 3h du matin sous des températures négatives pendant 45min/1h. Je mentionne que ma mère est en situation de handicap. J’avais pourtant prévenu d’une arrivée très tardive pour cause de réveillon de Noël, et Zoku m’avait dit: AUCUN PROBLÈME. Pour autant, même en m’acharnant sur l’interphone, personne ne répondait. Pour cause, l’agent était occupé avec une demoiselle… Manque de professionnalisme et peu ou pas d’excuses. Ce n’est pas la qualité que le Zoku sait pourtant offrir à ses clients; et j’en sais quelque chose pour y avoir séjourné 3 semaines en Juillet/Aout 2024 au sein du staff de l’équipe Olympique des États-Unis. Je demande un geste commercial. De plus, le lavabo était bouché, les agents de propreté n’ont cessé de frapper à notre porte dès 8h30 alors qu’on avait indiqué “DO NOT DISTURB” … horrible experience

Excellent service, good quality spacious room and loved the communication via email.

Easily accessible from the Metro, lots of amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the room was a bit warmer than comfortable for us Canadians, but we managed by drawing the blinds during the day and opening the windows in fall as the AC could not be set low enough for our comfort. Shops downstairs had almost everything and were open late. Rooftop space was very hip and fun. Would definitely return

Everything was great during our stay but it would have been even better if we had more control over the temperature of the room. It was a bit too hot for us.

Spacious rooms with a comfortable living room setup. Kitchen was well equipped. Common area and rooftop patio was very nice. Excellent staff and service as well. Close proximity to metro station. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel for several reasons: 1- located right next to a metro station with line 13 and 14. Line 14 is very fast and goes up to Orly airport 2- rooms are very spacious, lots of storage space, very nice furniture, room is very well isolated so you don't hear any outside noise despite being not too far from the Boulevard Périphérique 3- very nice amenities: co-working space, gym, terrasse. 4- the staff is super nice and very friendly 5- There is a convenience store right downstairs which means you don't have to go far to buy some groceries

souvent descendu au zoku et toujours agreablement surpris par le sens du services de ses equipes et la confort et la proprieté des lieux merci pour la qualite de services . Dommage l absence de parking et de communication autour de celui ci . ce week end je me suis fais vendalisé dans la rue a cote ca gaché le week end bien terminé pourtant

프랑스에서 제일 좋았던 호텔이에요 모든 시설이 새거고 너무 깨끗하고 주방시설도 잘 되어있어 식사를 만들어 먹기도 좋았습니다. 제가 필터 샤워기를 따로 챙겨갔었는데 11박 쓰면서 색도 변하지 않고 깨끗했어요 부족한 수건 식기류 얼음도 직접 가져다 쓸 수 있었고 청소기도 빌려 쓸 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 걸어나가면 바로 지하철과 버스를 탈 수있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 밤 늦게 호텔에 돌아와도 호텔 근처 치안이 좋아서 안전하게 다닐 수 있었어요 에어컨도 완전 빵빵하게 잘 틀어져요! 완전 추천합니다!

Idéalement situé au pieds de la ligne 14 (porte de Clichy), une chambre de goût parfaitement équipée pour un séjour court comme long, vous ne serez pas déçus.
