Excellent hôtel qui fait partie d’un complexe hôtelier incluant le Radisson Blu. Chambre propre et spacieuse, personnel compétent et sympathique. Service de voiturier utile, pratique et très bien organisé par Monsieur Matt. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Service de navette Hôtel-aéroport fiable et pratique.

I just finished my 10days stay at Park INN. The hotel is very safe as a lady traveling alone, I was looking for safe hotel and I found it in Park Inn and at Radison blu(I stayed there in December).
Not far from restaurants, about 5minutes away from the airport. The free hotel shuttle was awesome! My flight arrived at 4AM and the Shuttle was there, waiting for us. The service the Radison/park INN was great.
I love the fact that they have a back up generator in case of power outage. And thank you for the cleaning crew and they are also nice on replenishing your water supply in your room. I truly appreciate having free two large water bottle every morning. Since it’s hot I drank lots of water. So thank for that.
The hotel has two large swimming pool a very nice gym and of course the amazing buffet.
Don’t hesitate to book it. You won’t regret it!

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. C'est comme si Le Radisson avait pris plusieurs vieilleries pour les mettre dans cet hotel. Les serviettes de douche remises sont plus usées que les tapis de douche. L'entretien n'y est pas et encore moins la qualité de service du personnel. Sa localisation et le manque de choix, contraignent à y rester malgré tout.

Le petit déjeuner est convenable
Par contre les femmes de chambre sont souriant et à l’écoute
Bref pas le meilleur de la catégorie mais je le préfère au radisson car le prix est moins élevé et il partage les mêmes commun ( dej/ piscine /salle de sport

I arrived at 5 am so had easted almost a day due to flight timings.
I tried to negotiate a late checkout, again because of my return flight time, however there was no give and take and a flat no.
The hotel was fine but some of the staff, especially the bar staff, were, on occasion, quite rude (with the exception of one guy who was awesome).

If you need help or if you have questions, the hotel answers after 1 week, when it is too late - or even not!
I got no visa for gabun and they even didn't answer to my question if a change of date is possible! Terrible hotel! Never again!

Mon sejour s'est bien passé. Ce que je regrette dans cet hotel c'est que les chambres sont tres sombres (3 petits spots). J'ai eu 2 mauvaises experiences avec le Room Service. Sinon, chambre propre, personnel sympa.

Séjour de 10 jours dans le meilleur hôtel de Libreville. Les restaurants proposés sont convenables et le se vice en chambre super bien.
Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'autres alternatives de même standard car l'offre d'hébergement local est limitée.

I would like to thank the staff. I have there names and titles. Front Office: Jerzy, Valene, Andre were great and very helpful. I cannot forget the Restaurant Workers: Diane, Valerie and Sarah were very hospitable and nice. Barmen: Dominique, Malick made my orders very well. Franck the manager of the restaurant. Special shout out to Andre and Sarah because there were very helpful. I was here 2 weeks straight. Please give these people a raise because they were very professional. They made my stay so nice, I did not want to leave.
