Alliance Hotel was very nice. Staff was very helpful. We used the microwave late in the night and they also provided a heater for our room. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was extraordinary. There was enough food to keep a mid size wolf pack full for two days They have a nice selection of very affordable wines.

I was able to check in at 7AM by paying an extra half day - well worth it after a 28 hour trip without sleep. The hotel we simply wonderful entire stay. Top marks to the front desk personnel - friendly and efficient. The breakfast was an excellent and abundant buffet. The room was obviously old, and the furniture was showing its age. However, the modern bathroom was appreciated as was the in-room safe. There was a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom, however, that never went away my entire stay. Internet/wifi was good, with reasonable speed and a solid connection. However, the television was not “smart” - an older model that shows only about 6 broadcast channels, all in either Georgian or Russian. It would be nice to have YouTube or Netflix access, or at least one English language news channel such as the BBC or CNN. Overall, it’s a 2.5 to 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff.

I like the bath room with the shower. In my opinion the breakfast eggs were cold.

Comfortable hall, friendly staff. Breakfast is not perfect but pretty good. The room was clean, but the towels had stains.

Best time spent

Great hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very quiet which is ideal. Pleasant staff. A little further from the centre of Tbilisi than ideal, but we knew that when we booked. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind being slightly away from the centre of the city. Only a 15 minute taxi ride away. We arrived in Tbilisi at 0830 after a long flight and headed to the hotel straight away. We were allowed to check-in immediately some 5 hours earlier that advertised.

This was actually one of the quietest and clean places. also amazing rooms and stuff, very friendly and helpful . would recommend it for people who want to stain in Tbilisi but not in loud areas.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is well-maintained by the staff. Not a great neighborhood for walking, but overall it is a good value for the money. The staff are always attentive and helpful. Very easy to get a ride through Bolt or Yandex apps if you need a way to get around.

I thought it was a great place, with good staff/people. I would stay again if I get the chance.

Personnel charmant, chambre calme et confortable, bon restaurant. Seul petit défaut: lorsque qqn se met à jouer au piano dans le hall au milieu de la nuit. Hôtel bien situé, dans un quartier animé et vivant mais loin du bruit.
