Excellent stay

Great room, great staff, great everything. Friendly little hotel that's walking distance of everything in Kutaisi and far enough that it was quiet. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location just a few minutes from the centre. Good breakfast selection. Was given option by the kind lady at reception to upgrade room to balcony room at no extra cost.

Hôtel très bien situé et très propre. L'hôte se montre très disponible pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux, elle propose notamment des conseils sur les restaurants de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La chambre est un peu petite mais convient très bien pour un court séjour. L'état général est très correct, et elle dispose d'un balcon. La literie est de bonne qualité et la climatisation fonctionne bien et est un vrai plus (avec modération pour la planète SVP :) ). Le gros bémol est l'isolation. Si, comme moi, vous avez un sommeil léger, cela va poser problème. On entend les quelques passants dans la rue (pas en nombre, mais à chaque fois cela vous réveille) et surtout les chiens errants qui aboient sans cesse. Cependant, l'hôtel est de bonne facture et le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Tatia was fantastic. She gave us useful tips about Kutaisi and made our stay very nice. Breakfast was very good, and parking was not an issue.

excellent staff service, the breakfast is awesome which is prepared individually. quiet but convenient, walkable to city center. no designated car park but it is perfectly okay to part in front of the hotel. this price is reasonable also.

We stayed here 2 nights and it was great. The young woman who seems to manage the place (or should if not the case !) is fantastic. She gave us a choice between 3 different rooms. Our room was great : balcony, okay TV selection, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, confortable bed and mini-fridge. There was no hot water kettle but we were lent one when asked. I love the fact that they had refillable bottles in the shower rather than the small plastic bottles which cause so much waste. There should be a recycling bin as well. Breakfast was good and served at the hour of your convenience. This was a plus for us because for some reason, breakfast is served very late (from our point of view) in Georgian hotels. My only complaint is the fact that not everyone from the staff was wearing masks. Most notably, the "important" man who seemed to own or manage the place and thought he was above that requirement. Too bad, he should be setting an example.

Really cool place actually, but we visited with a baby and my mom got 2rooms. The hotel is in a noisy street, simply furnished. Friendly staff tho, and nice breakfast for the price.

Front desk staff is excellent and speaks flawless English. Hotel feels brand new. Great breakfast spread. Ideal location.
