Everything was great

Very small rooms, almost felt claustrophobic. Beds seemed to be very old. Basic service issues (had to make multiple calls even for small stuff like tea sachets). Staff seemed to lack basic etiquettes (didn’t offer help with bags when we were leaving). Almost, they levy charges for using most of the hotel amenities (like tennis courts, billiards tables etc)

Horrible experience when I booked a suite! The upper room have ZERO air circulation!! Not even a 1 star hotel…

Very good location to lifts , must of been out of season seemed understaffed , was clean. Bar??? The staff I did see were very friendly.

A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious.

На мой взгляд это лучший отель в Гудаури.Не новый конечно,но конкурентов у него пока ,точно нет.Подъёмник прям у отеля,SPA в отеле,хорошие завтраки.

Прекрасные каникулы в Гудаури!Остались очень довольны отелем,мы отдыхали с семьей в нем не первый раз и считаем,что это самый оптимальный вариант для отдыха и катания в Гудаури.Подъёмник сразу у отеля,в отеле есть SPA,хорошие завтраки.Отель не очень новый,но все ухоженно.Номера полулюкс уже прошли реновацию.

Отличный отель!Подьемник прямо у гостиницы.Хорошие завтраки,есть SPA .В целом мне кажется,для катания самый идеальный выбор в Гудаури.Отель не новый,но все очень продумано и удобно.Обязательно ещё вернёмся !

Staff are helpful and cheerful. Skiing and cable cars are just at the back of the hotel - 2 minutes walk. The view from the balcony.

makes no sense for there to be no heating when outside night temp is below zero. reception said 'heating comes on tomorrow' I have never seen staff and guests wearing coats serving in the restaurant 3 days in a row and a real challenge getting a heater delivered to the room, only good thing was the supervisor in the restaurant who was outstanding. breakfast was awful; juice is sugared water and when i asked for scrambled eggs it led to a row in the kitchen we could all hear

The staff, the food, the room, and the value were all excellent. Probably the best of all our Georgia stays.

The best decision I ever made in my entire life was book this place for just one night, dont think we could have gone through an hour more! For all the reviews and ratings online, must say the service was at best horrendous! For a resort in such a tourism focused area, most of the staff just could not speak english and responses if not clear were just down right rude! I would say most of the staff were not trained and if any may have been going through their training as we speak. That aside really dont think many of them want to be in the hospitality industry as thats exactly how it came across! You would be doing yourself a favor by trying an alternate resort. By the way a saving gravce was the stweard who helped us with our luggage, just wish i had tsken down his name to mention here as his customer service was exemplary. Other than that good luck.

The hotel is in a great position at the bottom of the first lift. The rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little small and lacking in extras. The restaurant is very good and the service

The service was not up too the mark for the charges they charge for the hotel. We tried to get our room cleaned but no one was available. We tried calling the main reception couple of times during the day but no one attended and eventually we couldn't get the room clean and had to spend the night without any new sheets and towels

Nice terrace , nice lobby, nice pool , just at the ski slope
