ホテル パノラミック

綺麗で良かったですしスタッフも 親切でした。Xperiaの地図と全然違う場所にあった為　探し回りました。便利な場所だと思い予約したのに全く違う場所で時間の無駄使いしました。

家族4人で2部屋予約しました。部屋は大きくおしゃれ　バスルームも綺麗　エアコンも強い　小さいバルコニーがある．パノラミックHotel 名前の通りクタイシの街が一望できます。部屋は全部屋9Fのみ．直通エレベーターがあります。朝食は美味しいですが、品数が少ない　補充もないので8時には食べましょう。受け付けの女性は親切　おすすめします

Room smelled musty; was quite cold and damp. Check out process should be explained at check-in. Having to wait for the room to be inspected before you can leave took extra time that I would have accounted for when scheduling my Bolt transfer. Why the room needed to be inspected is unknown. I wasn’t even there for 12 hours! Just a short stopover before going to the airport. Would not stay again.

Very good hotel, in very good conditions, AC works, parking spots there available and great location. Service was great what else do you want from hotel? Restaurant food was good too and not that expensive so very much worthy staying here.

It was a good value for money choice. And a great breakfast!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Safe war defekt, aber da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, war es nicht so schlimm. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in sehr gutem Zustand, auch wenn man nur 10 Minuten in das Zentrum geht, würde ich nächstes mal lieber direkt im Zentrum übernachten

Super Hotel mit guten Restaurant

First the staff was superb; from the check in (they accompanied us to show everything) to the bar staff (very helpful and gentle!!!) What needs to be looked at is the smell; it was always smelling moisture or bad smell in the bathroom and when the vent was going, there was an odour of cigarette??? Finally, the site on the map of where the hotel should be is not right. On the map (Hotel.com), the hotel is right beside the Colchis fountain but in reality it is 15-20 mins walk away. Beside this, good hotel with good breakfast.

Wir kamen als Familie am Freitag Abend ins Hotel und es gab zuerst ein Problem mit dem Check-in unserer Tochter, weil sie 15 ist und laut Hotel-Management kein Kind mehr sei. Daraufhin haben wir unsere Expedia-Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt, in der steht, dass alle Personen unter 18 als Kinder gelten. Zum Glück wurde das Problem schnell gelöst und wir konnten unsere Zimmer bekommen: Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Erstes Zimmer für uns Eltern, zweites für unsere Kinder (23, 15). Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt. Die Zimmerreingung erfolgt immer in 3Tage-Rhythmus. Wir hatten immer Mineralwasser, Tee&Kaffee im Zimmer konnte man auch zubereiten mit Hilfe des Wasserkochers. Eine sehr liebe Mitarbeiterin organisierte uns auch ein Nachtstaxi zum Flughafen. Es war alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir konnten uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Auch viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL WITH KIDS I’ve stayed at tens of hotels around the world and never ever had an experience like this. I booked 2 rooms. Both were for one adult and two children. My kids are 13,11,9 and 7. Booked on hotels.com. We arrived at the hotel only to be told that the hotel doesn’t recognise the children as children and therefore we have to pay another 30% of our booking in order to actually check in. I said that this should have been communicated to me earlier directly so I would have had the chance to cancel. The manager claimed this is standard practice across Georgia but it was the 4th hotel we have stayed in and never come across this at all. She was super aggressive to the point where we just cancelled our stay and went to find another hotel. I have never had an experience like this in my life.

Das Hotel befindet sich im neunten Stock und bieten hervorragende Aussicht auf die Stadt. Zimmer sind klein, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist das Restaurant mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bagrati Kathedrale.

Personnel très très agréable, compréhensif. Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes du centre ville et de ses restaurants. Petit déjeuner bien fournit.

Servicio muy agradable , han organizado los transfer desde y para el aeropuerto. Las vistas desde las habitaciones y desde el restaurantes son increíbles .

All rooms & Restaurant in the 9th floor with a great view all over the town and torwards Bagrati cathedral. Staff very friendly & helpful, rooms clean and modern design, Restaurant open for breakfast 9-11 am only, but many nice Restaurants in about 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Excellent short stay in Kutaisi. Staff is warm and helpful. Breakfast is on the top floor with a beautiful view and the food is fresh and tasty. Parking was available on site. It is limited but we were able to snag a space easily when we checked in around 5pm. 15 minute flat walk to the central area with several markets and shops within a two block radius.
