This very reasonable priced hotel had a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The breakfast was great, the ladies were on top of it. The staff was nice

This was a nice basic hotel with a good little balcony, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar has a sensational view of the sunset and the barman was really friendly. The staff seemed nice in general really. The only drawbacks were the breakfast was very basic and not great in selection or quality, and ( I appreciate this wasn’t the hotels fault) almost every street surrounding the property was being dug up for heavy maintenance, lots of the roads were closed making it hard for taxis to find the place and making the surrounding areas dirty and difficult to navigate. I know this wasn’t the hotels fault, but it was so bad I feel a bit of warning would have really helped, but other than that it’s a nice hotel.

The service in the hotel is very good, better than most places we have stayed, especially the nice ladies preparing breakfast, which also has a nice variety. The negatives are that it is noisy because you hear everyone in the hallway and outside. We had a bit of an ant problem which was slightly worrisome as we travel with some food. In the bathroom the shower works well (again, better than most places where we stayed in Georgia) but there is low water pressure. And, as usual, there is no place to put any personal items in the bathroom, none. They could have been a bit less stingy on the fabric to cover the windows so they would let less light in.

For taxi IT was dificult to find IT. Need More advertisement.

Would stay here again. The terrace on the roof gives great views and should not be missed.

The hotel is very clean, has great views from the pleasant roof top bar and the breakfast is more than decent. The staff are wonderfully friendly and are so helpful. My room was fine but the curtains didn’t meet properly and I need total darkness to sleep well. Other than that the hotel was extremely good value for money, they arranged a transfer from the airport which was only a euro or two more than the Uber/Bolt rate.

The most beautiful rooftop bar with really good wine and a very knowledgeable bartender who made good recommendations. Super nice room with a big balcony and a view. Extremely friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Cute breakfast buffet with windows to a beautiful garden.

Location in quiet, cute neighborhood close to center of town by foot. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Funky bar on roof

The first night was a disaster. A group had a party and the party lasted until about 3 a.m. There were people running and screaming in the hallway. After the first night, it was more quiet. The problem is that the advertised bar is never open. The majority of the staff is very friendly, but one worker was extremely rude.

We have looked for other hotels in the area and there are not many options, so we reserved one night in this hotel and the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. You need only 10-15 min walking to reach the city center of Kutaisi. In the room you can find AC, tv and a fridge which is very good for the price. The breakfast was delicious, we really loved the homely atmosphere in the restaurant. The view from the terrace was worth seeing, unfortunately in the bar they served only snacks/drinks, not the 'real' food that we had expected. At the end we were happy considering the price, the breakfast and the hospitality.

Loved the location, quiet but in close proximity to city centre. Great balcony with views over the city. Kitchen ladies were great in ensuring you enjoyed your breakfast.

A lovely, clean room with a comfortable bed. Best of all, a fantastic view overlooking the city and a sweet balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No sheet on the bed, just a scratchy small hospital blanket. When i went and asked for a sheet i was given a single bed duvet cover. Bed was hard and creaky. Pillow was soft.breakfast was good. Bit expensive for what you get.

Un buen hotel, con unas vistas muy bonitas (en una colina). El personal es muy amable. Lo más negativo es que está a unos 10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.
