Excellent location, very clean and tidy. ! Needs a little upgrade interior off the room. Breakfast was wonderful and stuff was excellent😁👍

This is a good quality hotel for the price and located in convenient area close to the main attractions. Nothing super fancy but very solid good quality. Staff is friendly; breakfast quality is good. Safe and quiet area.

Not what, in the description. The room was not at all what it looks like on the pictures and the description could not be more wrong. - Cleaning: We stayed one week and bed linen never changed, toilet/toilet bowl never washed. - Room: In the description "all rooms have a balcony" No was not. Room had kettle but no cups, coffee, tea ....., no nothing soundbroofing. - Breakfast .... No good, and coffee maker works sometimes and sometimes not. + only plus is the location Too expensive at this price. Imperial house facebook site has 4 stars and booking.com 3 stars hotel, No no no .....max 2 stars hostel. I do not recommend. Thanks & goodbye.

Nice location, breakfast not the best, but still OK.

The hotel charged me twice for the room and is not willing to refund me despite the fact I have 2 receipt for the same night.

It was great. Until we requested taxi to airport. Taxi was just private car. The driver let hotel worker sit in front passenger sit. Whole ride they are talking loundly as if we were not in the car. Funny

A new renovated hotel right in the old city. Just 5 minutes to "Freedom square" The staff was more than excellent, they helped us with everything (booking taxi, recommended good restaurangs etc.) and they were extremly kind! The even gave us a much better room than we booked +++++ Good breakfast +++++ We had four wonderful nights in Tbilisi and we will come back again for sure

The room was not at all what it looks like on the pictures and the description could not be more wrong. Most rooms are very small, despite your booking telling you otherwise. In addition, the check-in/check-out information was wrong. The trash can was not emptied when I arrived and the staff stored their food in the room.

Great location, clean hotel and kind staff. This is a basic style hotel serving breakfast, but for other meals you'll need to go out. That's not a problem because there is plenty to walk to. It's right in a central location near to many sights, restaurants and nightlife. The rooms are really big, ac works great and everything is very clean.

we got an early check in, which was nice. we were asked twice to pay (at check in and check out) even though we already paid the booking. There is no elevator and the view from our balcony was everything but nice. Even though we requested a double bed we received two very small single beds. For Georgia I find the price for this hotel a bit too much. Breakfast buffet was okay with variety. Location on a side street but 1 min from everything
