マウント イン カズベギ

部屋はかなり綺麗で広い。クローゼットも大きく、かなり収納できる。浴室も広く、シャワーのお湯の出や排水も問題ない。ただ、便器との間にガラス1枚の仕切りしかなく、シャワーカーテンもなく、剥き出しの状態なので、シャワーを浴びると、結構水浸しになる。チェックイン時にwifiのことを聞き忘れ、部屋にもパスワードのわかる書類がなく、その後もwifiを使用しなかったため、繋がり具合は不明。朝食は種類少なく、味は普通。4階のバーは眺めがよく、ビールが5ラリ、ワインはグラスで7ラリで飲める。シーシャも30ラリで吸えたが、フレーバーがスイカかメロンしかなかった。バス停からスーツケースを引きながら歩いて5分ぐらいの距離。まあまあ、手頃なホテルだと思う。

2019年９月に２泊の予定で宿泊しました。しかし、ホテルの対応が最悪のため１泊で止めました。このホテルはオーナーが横暴な家族経営のホテルです。部屋は、カーテンが窓より非常に狭く、明るすぎて寝られません。しかも、窓の前は、マーケットのサインボードが夜通し点灯しています。フロントに問合せたが、当初今日は無理だが明日までに対処するとの回答でした。しかし、その後、対処は無理との回答。やなら出て行けとのこと。ホテル側に出て行けと言われたのは初めてです。しかも、宿泊代は返金されない。声を大にして言いたい、　　このホテルは最悪です。

Really nice hotel, feels quite new. Shower was great. Breakfast was enjoyable. Amazing view of Mt. Kazbegi when the clouds clear. Local shops and eating places nearby.

O hotel é simples, mas confortável e bem localizado. A vista do terraço é incrível. Staff muito atecioso e gentil.

I did not get to stay at the property. I had to cancel my reservation. Property won't give me a refund

I had booked for 2 nights looking at the reviews and pictures. I travelled with my wife and baby and had requested for king bed. I was provided with twin beds in a very small room. Basic amenities such as fridge, A/c, fan was not present. When asked, i was told its not available and i had to find another hotel near by within 3 hours as it was difficult to survive. no refund was provided by hotels.com or the hotel. It was a waste of money and energy and such a disappointment. The mountain view from the rooms are not what you would expect especially from the second floor.

Overall the hotel is nice and located in a great area. Our room was accidentally not cleaned before our arrival, but they were quick to give us new sheets and take care of the problem. Breakfast also does not start until 9 am, which seems late. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The view of the church and Mt. Kazbegi from their roof terrace in the morning as the sun came up was one of the nicest views I have seen. I would stay here again.

Хороший отель с чудесным видом. Получили номер на 3-м этаже с видом на гору Казбег. За 50$ - это просто невероятная находка, ведь вы подучите хороший номер, приветливый персонал, отличный завтрак, да ещё и шикарнейший вид. Однозначно рекомендую :)

We had a mountain view room which we had asked for, was very clean, and the front desk manager at check in was very friendly and helpful!

This place is perfect. Enjoyed the quality stay, good room, good bar, all comfortable. Had a very nice stay. If I come back to Kazbegi I would not stay anywhere else.

Great views from the mountain view rooms and breakfast was decent. Little English spoken though.

Zimmer incl. Bad sehr sauber. Das Bett war schon etwas durchgelegen und könnte eine neue Matratze vertragen. Das Frühstück war eher einfach, auch für georgische Verhältnisse, aber ausreichend. Das Personal auf der Dachterrasse war sehr freundlich, am Empfang eher, äh, „zurückhaltend“. Insgesamt jedoch eine absolut preis-werte Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick auf den Mt. Kazbeg und Gergeti.

The hotel is very very very far away from the airport, the location is terrible, and it’s very expensive if I take taxi directly to the hotel.By the time I get lost on the street,was trying to call the hotel using the number from Expedia,but that’s a wrong number!!! Can’t even can call out! Tried to message them,nobody replied!! At the end,I have to rebook another hotel in downtown course couldn’t find the hotel! And it’s a non refundable booking! I paid double of the hotel for that evening! I was really really upset about that!

Neu, sauber, einfach aber absolut guter Standard! Leider sehr hellhörig.

청결하고 정류장에서 가깝고 바로앞에 마트가 있음. 직원은 친절하지는 않으나 요구사항에 귀기울여주고 손님을 존중해주는 느낌을 줌. 조식도 괜찮은 편임.

Great location. Pretty good hotel for a city the size of Stepantsminda.
