When someone is closing the door in the same floor your room will shake Bad food as well

Amazing stay from start to finish The staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety, and the location is perfect, making everything easily accessible. Everything about the stay was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The only small thing I would change is that the shower and restroom doors are made of transparent glass, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Aside from that, everything was truly amazing. Highly recommended!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Oda çok lüks ve güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok nazikti ve yardımseverdi. Bulunduğu konum da aşırı rahat hem araç otoparkı var, hem de istediğiniz otobüsü de kolaylıkla bulabilirsiniz. Odadan açılan manzarası mükemmeldi.

Rooms should be cleaner

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time. However, there were a couple of details that disappointed us. For a hotel that promotes itself with its beautiful pool — one of the main reasons to visit — it was surprising that the room didn’t even have a drying rack to hang and dry swimsuits. In addition, there was no refrigerator in the room, which felt unusual and inconvenient, especially for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed two night and during my stay they couldn't fix the leaking faucet. Cleaning service was not thorough. For short business stay it could work, but price/value is not there.

Came to Tbilisi for a football came, but left with a memory of a fantastic city... Everything was good with Hotel. Breakfast had everything we needed , and even more than that. That staff in the breakfast area was super nice ,and helpful on questions. The Hotel locaction is a little far from downtown, but we love to walk , so the 4km (one way) was not a big issue, and it was safe. Due to the extreme heat, we also used the pool wish was super nice after a long day outside in the heat. There is many nice restaurants in the area, unless eating in the Hotel.

I had sort of disappointing stay at this hotel. The toilet in my executive room did not close properly as the handle was broken, which was quite inconvenient. The sink was leaking, adding to the discomfort. There was no mini bar available. Additionally, the elevators were quite slow. Overall, the facilities and maintenance need serious improvement

Terrible customer service. rooms smell bad, even it says non smoking. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Will never stay here again, recommend to avoid this place

Great service

This was our first time in Tbilisi and stayed at Pullman for a week. We arrive early and were met by Salome's smiling face. She allowed us to check in early, and we were surprised to find an afternoon tea and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel is 15 to 20-min. taxi from Old Tbilisi, but using the Bolt app made securing rides easy. The hotel has everything you could possibly ask for -- a rooftop bar, finely decorated rooms, a massive breakfast buffet, a world-class gym, etc. The staff is incredible! They prepared box breakfasts for us when we had an early morning tour, graciously a large bill into smaller bills, answered our questions, and made check-in and check-out so easy. Carrefour is right down the street and we fell in love with Kinkali Factory restaurant a block away. If my travels take me back to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay at Pullman Axis.
