スタッフの対応が良くない

天候によってイメージが変わるかも。快晴のカズベキ山は最高の眺め。

ピーク期だったからか、団体客(子供を含む)がうるさかった。

木をふんだんに使った建物が雰囲気があり、ロビーの雰囲気がなかなか良かった。一番素晴らしいのが、ロビーから出た広いデッキから見るカズベキ山の絶景！3日目に雲ひとつない景色に感激しました。

ロビーから見える景色がとても美しい。 ジョージアの物価から考えると高いホテルだが景色を堪能するだけでも泊まる価値はある。 朝食の種類がかなり豊富でどれも美味しかった。

お部屋もロビーもとってもオシャレです。 施設自体コンパクトな作りです。 マウントビューのお部屋からは、カズベキ山が目の前にのぞめます。 朝食も、見た目オシャレでおいしいです。 難点は、中心から15分弱ほど登り坂を歩くこと。 バスルームが、床の仕切りがないため、ビッチャビチャになること。

Amazing view from the hotel. Beautiful décor and food is awesome!! We hiked from the hotel to the church and back. Loved our stay here!!

We loved our two night stay at Rooms Kazbegi. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The vast main space off the lobby and eating areas have outstanding views of Mt. Kazbegi. As well as lovely and luxurious array of seating areas to enjoy that view, a drink, or read a book. The rooms feel just a dated but very comfortable. We had the forest view and really loved it. We rarely spend time in the hotel sitting areas, but this hotel was an exception with their indoor and outdoor areas both beautiful and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property with amazing views! Breakfast was outstanding!

The hotel view is so amazing but the service is a bit disappointed. We are group of 3 people so on the check in time my extra bed was not yet added , the reception informed me that the house keeper will add later but it took an hours and I have to remind the reception again. When the housekeeper later came to my room , she was bit rude to set up the extra bed with bad manner speaking the local language which I don’t understand but knew from the body language and facial expression . The 2 pool staffs also not welcome as well. The best thing from this hotel is the Amazing view.

Hotel liegt in einer herrlichen Gegend mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Sauna sind empfehlenswert. Ich würde dringend empfehlen die Teppiche vor den Aufzügen zu entfernen. Sie sind Stolperfalle, Schmutzfänger und mit Rollkoffer einfach nur hinderlich. Selbst die Angestellten scheinen davon genervt zu sein. Was leider nicht gut ist, ist die Organisation beim Service im Restaurant. Das gilt für jede Tageszeit. Es steht immer schmutziges Geschirr herum, will man einen Tisch muss man diesen immer selbst abräumen. Entweder gibt es zu wenig Serviceangestellte oder sie sind schlecht organisiert. Für ein so schönes Haus einfach nur enttäuschend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The location was convenient, with great views. The property felt safe and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Some areas could be improved, such as noise levels between rooms and the temperature of the water in the showers. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Very well located mountain hotel with great view of the Kazbegi mountain. The swimming pool’s water could be a bit warmer and they may improve the spa part.

Great location, breathtaking views, breakfast was just superb

The views from the hotel are fantastic, with great facilities in the pool, sauna and gym. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very friendly. The bedroom was spacious. Only criticism was that the bathroom was a little small, and the shower is not fully enclosed so it floods the room slightly.

The views from the property are spectacular. The breakfast was “laid on”: chef cooking eggs; variety of salads & fruit including strawberries and varieties ham cheeses etc Even in bad weather there were board games and plenty of seating.

Fabulous hotel. Great service. Absolutely worth taking the rooms with the Mountain views on the top floor. The view on a clear day is breathtaking. Great breakfast. Pool and sauna open until midnight is great.

Lovely and charming hotel, with beautiful terrace. The Mountain View is the right view to take. The room is clean and nice. FYI, No TV in rooms.
