Cozy and comfortable hotel in the heart of old town. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Perfect choice for the price range. Really like to come back again.

Balcony, beautiful room design, location in old town, walkable. Especially the amazing staff who helped us when we checked in and checked out! Thank you for a wonderful last night in Tbilisi!

Hotel was very comfortable and in a good location in the heart of Old Tbilisi for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Water was not provided to us. Our room key was given to someone else even though we had booked it for next 2 days and while we were sleeping in the night 5,6 people came into our room at 3 am. My family got frightened as these ass*oles were not going out of the room despite telling them they are in wrong room. Terrible management. Worst experience.

It was close to all the attractions around Tbilisi, the hotel 360 restaurant was very good and the breakfast service was exceptional, well worth it. Being in a hilly area it can be quite tricky for some cars to reach there.

Pretty nice hotel but not a 9.4 or whatever the rating was I saw on Expedia. More like an 8.5 in my opinion. I expected something nicer for the price here.

Warmly recommended. It's a lovely hotel in Tbilisi's old district. We liked the room a lot. It was very closy, comfortable and also provided a balcony in our case. We used the balcony quite a lot in the evening to enjoy the spectacular view. Staff is very friendly and attentive. One point of care: Our room was on the 2nd floor: during the restaurant opening times in the evening you might experience some noise in your room. The restaurant itself is also very much recommended: the food, staff and the view on Tbilisi are wonderful!

A well renovated little boutique hotel in the heart of the Old City. Great, multilingual staff, beautiful rooms and view. Cable TV (no too much English in channel lineup). No parking, but easy walking access to the Old City. There is a fantastic rooftop restaurant in the hotel with great local food - you don’t have to go out to eat. Hotel provides digital safe in the room and luxurious bathrobes! One little glitch, we called ahead to order an airport pickup from the hotel, but we couldn’t find it when we arrived and had to call the hotel and wait a few minutes to find the driver, not quite sure what happened. But a great place to stay on a visit to Tblisi!

Quaint boutique hotel. Exemplary service. Lovely rooftop restaurant open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. All staff speaks English.

The property is clean, net. Feels like it’s newly renovated. Staff are very good, very helpful & friendly. Location is great in the centre of old town so walkable to most areas. Taxis find this hotel easily too. Cute restaurant upstairs. We only had drinks. Though breakfast was included for us and it was fabulous.

This hotel is in a very good location. The view is amazing during the day and night. The room where we stayed was small but very clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with navigating the area. The walk to and from the hotel is very steep so if you have any issues walking then I would not recommend staying there. The hotel also offers a free breakfast during your stay as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan to spend most of your time in Tbilisi because most of the sites are within walking distance.

Staff were so friendly. When we arrived and try to find the hotel, very nice man went to our location to help with the luggage and to show right way. Good location, new rooms, breakfast is fine.

Great service. We are in our 70's so it was a little to hilly for us to walk but the hotel is perfect for the young and strong!

The staff were all helpful. Sergei and Alex in particular as they went to great lengths to help my Bolt driver find the hotel the day I left for the airport.
